Manual air pump does not click into valve so it has to be held tight in a certain position when pumping. This is impossible to do with one person. I have 2 other paddleboards and tried their pumps, but they did not click into the valve either. Quality of their pump vs my other 2 was awful and it came with a kink in it. This was not returnable so I can only use it when I have another person with me. Would not recommend.

I gave 2 of these as Xmas gifts in 2022 for the kids to use at a local lake. This Summer they also took them to Lake of the Ozarks. They were inflated the first day of arrival and never had to have air again despite being used all day for 7 days by multiple people. Great durable product!

I love this purchase.DURABILITY: The board is made of durable material. I am not concerned about it tearing or popping. There is a little kit and patch included should it tear. The carrier bag, paddle, and fin are also durable. ⚠️However, the pump is not the greatest quality. I needed to patch a leak with duck tape after about 5 OR LESS uses. It is working for now, but honestly I am considering buying a better quality pump to have less hassle.EASE: The fin is relatively easy to insert and remove (just be sure to clean the sand out before and after inserting and removing the fin). It is also not hard to inflate or deflate. The paddle really easily adjusts in length. The included backpack makes this so much easier to carry around.GRIP: The board gives great grip. I do yoga and stretching while out on the water, and my feet and hands have never slipped. The paddle has standard grip.TOTE/BACKPACK: The backpack is pretty great. It has a top handle and adjustable shoulder straps. The straps do not have padding, but I think they are plenty comfortable for relative short distances and designed to distribute the weight well. The pack can fit all the included items in addition to a life jacket. There are two side pockets able to store additional items. Only improvements I could think of having would be a front pocket.LOOK: I am not one to care too much about the look, but I do like it's look. Good colors and nice geometric feel happening.WATER TIGHT ITEMS: So I have used the orange screw top compartment, but I have not put the bag to use. My biggest complaint with these is that there is not a great option of how to attach it to the board during your trip. Like a carabiner or something included would be nice.LEASH: The leash is a bit thick/bulky. I have gotten used to it over time. Secure grip even after several uses. Gives plenty of length. I have never felt restricted by it even as I keep it on while doing yoga and stretching.SUMMARY OF CONCERNS ⚠️: Not high quality pump. Would be nice for them to give a carabiner for various usage. Could be better full closure compartments for the bag.

Very nice board, this was my first time ever on a paddle board and actually stood up. Very good size inflated with no problem very quickly shipping was very quickly all in all this is a great product for a great price especially compared to other boards that I have priced at local stores. If you are looking for a sup board this is the way to go

This is a great board, and you get everything you need - almost. I used an electric board pump to inflate the board, it's worth using an electric pump. The board is strong, the paddle is good, the accessories are great, it all fits in the bag well. I'm totally happy with it. Happy Summer guys!
