Two days after the delivery I started putting the pool together and I have several leakage. I can not get hold of the manufacturer and Amazon want to give me $47 dollars credit for the problems. Also the pool supposed to come with a cover and ground cloth but, I have no cover and two ground cloth for underneath.

The beat up box the pool came in had us nervous! We had a little trouble getting this level at first, but once we did it was a great buy! Awesome size and it's sturdy, we live in the desert with 100°+ weather and it's not been a problem. It's been up since July and it's now the end of September. If you can snag one of these when the price is low, do it. It's worth it!

The beat up box the pool came in had us nervous! We had a little trouble getting this level at first, but once we did it was a great buy! Awesome size and it's sturdy, we live in the desert with 100°+ weather and it's not been a problem. It's been up since July and it's now the end of September. The pool had a leak near the pump area. And at first they wanted us to return the pool which ended up impossible to do. It won't go into a box so I negotiated w them to get a money return since I can't us it or return the pool. So hopefully within 7 daze the said I will get a mone return. Let's see how that will work out the I can give a better review.

When I read the reviews it kind of scared me. I was afraid of spending that kind of money on a pool and not have it be a good buy. Anything over 100.00 I get scared to purchase . However this time I took a chance and I was pleasantly surprised when I received the pool and it came with a ladder, a pool pump, a cover for the ground, and a cover for the top of the pool. The ladder and the pump alone was worth what I paid for the entire package. I happened to get this on sale for $218 so I was a little worried that I was going to get what I paid for which may not be very good but I have just set up my pool and it is huge! The only thing we had a problem with was the hoses that go from the pool to the pump. The hoses did not fit but my husband just used a little heat gun which was able to stretch the plastic on the hoses and we were able to hook it up with no problem. But if you don't have a heat gun you may have to buy an attachment to make the hoses fit which I understand could be time-consuming and frustrating. But other than that I am so happy. I felt like I should write a good review since there were several bad reviews about this great deal. Even with the hose issue, I still give it 5 stars. I can't believe I got a 500 pool for 218!!! Just amazed

The directions suck. Point blank. This pump is the worst thing about the pool. We thought this would be fantastic but then putting the pump together was enough to say “what a waste”. The products don’t fit in the designated holes, not all of the parts are with it, and the real kicker is the tubing is cut so bad the clamps will not secure it.

I love that it came a day early!! It’s HUGE!! It’s sooo much fun!! The pump was tricky for me to put together by myself. If you know about sand pumps then you’ll be ok. I don’t know anything so it was the blind leading the blind, cause I had no help . The instructions are helpful and clear though so if I can figure it out, anybody can!!

I had the inflatable pools before and the fact this came with a sand filter was a plus. Until I got it. After spending two days researching online and even going to Evajoy website to find a use manual, we still couldn't find any instructions on how to hook up the filter. The filter inserts that go on the inside of the pool, the hoses wouldn't fit. Then after filling it halfway we discovered it had a leak right in the seam. I checked to see if I could locate a contact info for technical support with absolutely no luck. Thanks to Amazon, we will be able to return it, although it is costing me an additional $50 to purchase a box to put it back in, since the box it came in was already destroyed when it was delivered.

I love the pool just the right size for me alone to lay on my float and enjoy the water on hot hot days but it has developed a small leak on one of the seams somewhere on the floor of the pool but I cannot afford to drain it and find the leak so I am just going ahead and keeping the water level right and keeping track of it and hope it lasts for another month of Summer otherwise it's a great pool
