I haven’t used any other brand so I don’t know the comparison but this product worked just fine for my Vessel shoulder armor cosplay. It was easy to cut, heat up, and paint. I sealed it with half white glue/half water and used a spray primer before painting.

This stuff will not cut so if you plan on using this for a die cutter,difficult to clean thoroughly, not recommended.

This was to stiffen the bottom of ski boot bags. Perfect width. Cuts easily with a large rotary cutter. No odor.
