Got it as a gift for my daughter. It never worked as advertised. Smeared and left a film. Did not clean or mop. She tried to get help from Eureka, but they were not responsive, requiring all sorts of paperwork, invoice copies, info before they would even respond. After several days of back-and-forth she packed it back up and returned to Amazon. They were very helpful and issued a full refund. Do not buy this product.

Couldn’t rate this vacuum and carpet cleaner any higher! It’s the perfect device for dummies! This is a talking vacuum & carpet cleaning machine! It tells you when it needs water, when to refill, when to empty dirty water & when it requires recharging! The suction is amazing. It pulls up hair dog hair, human hair and floor & carpet soil. It’s very light weight. All I can say is it’s amazing. It’s the best thing that I purchased in a long time.

I just used this once, however, I had the shark, and it quit after 1st use. This is a really sturdy machine. It cleans really well. I was impressed. Once you figure out what buttons are for what I am tickled pink. I’m so glad I got this. Very easy to use, goes by itself. I did have to use it on turbo, the auto cycle just didn’t get the floor wet enough. The battery is great. It’s not heavy. Over all very pleased.

Right out of the box this Eureka floor cleaner was super simple to assemble and the instructions were straight forward and easily understood. We have our house cleaned every two weeks by a professional, the O'cedar mop they use wasn't doing the job. I have used the Eureka twice in our kitchen and once over our entire downstairs, probably about 2200 sq. ft. The dirty water I have poured out is incredible, it was filthy. The unit washes the floor well, it takes a minute or two for the roller to become fully saturated. There is not excessive water, but enough to get a clean floor. The floors dried in about 15 minutes. We have stone in our oversized kitchen and vinyl planks elsewhere, the vinyl hasn't looked this good in about 5 years when the house was brand new. The stone looks shiny clean afterward. The very best thing about the Eureka is that it cleans itself and drys the roller before it finishes. You have to refill the clean water reservoir and empty the dirty water after cleaning your floors but the machine, when placed back in the base cleans itself. It seems to take about 20-25 minutes to clean and dry the rollers, and it is about 2+ hours to recharge to 100%.While not inexpensive at $ 370 or so, you only get what you pay for and I feel like I got a great value for our money.

The product quality is very good. The texture is very high-end. The installation and operation are simple. There are three working modes to choose from. It is also very convenient to clean and disassemble. It also has self-cleaning and drying modes. You don’t have to worry about the roller mop getting smelly. There are also voice prompts to add water, charge and clean the dirty water tank. It’s very good and very quiet. The bottom of the cabinet bed can also be easily laid flat for cleaning.
