I didn’t realize (but I should have) but this model needs to be hardwired into the house, like a normal outside light. There is another version that does come with an AC plug. Otherwise, these are great products. I just chose the wrong one.

Excellent unit with a great array of features. Easy set up, easy install, easy operation. I am quite happy with the motion detection and motion follow operation. The human only function for motion notification is quite accurate. I would buy from this company again.

This works great. If this device senses any movement it immediately stats to record. Our neighbor has one and because it’s wireless capabilities made a small ding noise and he saw on his phone someone trying to steal his truck. The police were called and both would be thieves were arrested.

I purchased this camera because my ring doorbell had a subscription yearly and it seemed like the price kept going up and up. So I purchased this cameras because you don’t need a subscription. Having a ring doorbell and knowing the quality (very good) would be hard to beat or come close to. Well I Pleasantly surprised! it is as good and I think better then my ring doorbell floodlight cam. Picture quality is as good better and the app I find is better also. The way the camera fallows people and or animals is freaky. And with the auto detect it can tell you whom is in the video if they are entered on the app. To me this is a 10 out of 10 not just because there is no subscriptions but because it is a quality camera with a decent app

I purchased the Eufy Floodlight Camera E30 after having countless issues with the E340, hoping this new model would solve the problems. Unfortunately, I was wrong—the same issues persist. The motion detection zones simply don’t work. No matter how carefully I set the detection area, the camera sends alerts for motion outside the selected range.What’s even more frustrating is the abysmal customer support. I have contacted them repeatedly, providing detailed explanations and outlining all the troubleshooting steps I’ve already tried. Instead of addressing the issue, they keep repeating the same generic instructions that I’ve already followed multiple times. It’s as if they don’t even bother to read or understand my concerns.This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I’ve wasted so much time deleting, re-adding, and adjusting the detection zones, only to find the problem remains unresolved. The product doesn’t deliver on its promises, and the support team is completely unhelpful.Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reliable security camera. Eufy has been nothing but a disappointment.

I have not tested all of its functionality yet, I installed it a week ago. The installation was easy with clear instructions. In the first week, I learned that the light is very bright and the motion detection trigger is good and sensitive. The camera recording sensor is even more sensitive recording any car, person, or deer that crosses my property line! Very pleased with the product and having purchased several items from Eufy I find their support to be very good.

I bought this to replace a floodlight that had a bad sensor. We had some issues installing as the old box and wires weren’t perfectly matched up to what the e30 expected, but once installed it has worked perfectly.
