I hate vacuuming, and eufy is the answer for me. I love eufy.......quiet, inexpensive, efficient, and will work for almost an hour without recharging. Does a good job of cleaning my carpets.

I got the Eufy G30 after going back and forth for a long time on whether a robovac would be worth it. I don't know why I waited so long. This thing is awesome. The first time I used it, I followed it around like a cat watching its every move. I was amazed at the places it fit into - under the couch, under the bathroom vanity... it came out looking like it had been bushwhacking through the jungle, all covered in spider webs and dust! If there was a spot it seemed to miss, without fail it would return and clean it up. It follows a back-and-forth pattern in the room, and after it's covered the entire house, it sweeps around the perimeter one last time before returning to its base.PROS:-It picks up cat litter and pet hair very well!-Great at getting under furniture and in nooks and crannies that would otherwise go unvacuumed.-Returns itself to its base when finished, or if it needs to charge before finishing.-The app lets you see where it's been, and you can schedule cleanings. It also alerts you if it gets stuck.-It's not too loud. Barely hear it when in another room.-Cleans really well! I have it on the lowest suction and I'm happy with that. It's amazing how much dust it picks up. There are higher suction settings if needed.-Favorite Thing: I keep my house cleaner now. Before turning on the Eufy, I go around and tuck in any loose cords and pick up various things from the floor. It takes 2 minutes and means the Eufy can get everywhere, AND I have a less-cluttered house. Win/win.CONS:-It will occasionally wedge itself under a piece of furniture if it approaches it from a certain angle, and gets stuck. It doesn't happen every time and I've learned to block off a couple of spots. After you rescue it, it picks up where it left off.-It doesn't like shag rugs.OVERALL:I'm so glad I finally got this robovac. I researched a lot of different brands and models, and I think the G30 is a great choice if you want one that's not super expensive but still does a fantastic job. Very pleased with it!

Bought it on Black Friday sale back in 2022 so I literally had it for a year by now. It is on sale for the same price as last year so if you are thinking to buy one, go get it.For a year of ownership I am confidence to say that this little thing is peobably the most bang of the buck robovac on market today. It is slim so will likely go under your couch or bed stuck free (I don't have open bottom furniture so I guess maybe?).Suction power is good enough for normal household cleaning (I live alone and have no pets so really not much to clean with).Battery life last about 800-1000 sqft area with normal suction power setting (remember it does not go through the area as no returning, it covers the area at least 2-3 times each cleaning job).Accessories and consumable parts are easy to find here on amazon, OE or aftermarket, not too expensive either (for the price, compitability and life span of parts, I just go with OE).Alexa and APP control is a big bonus, especially when I already bought it for saving cleaning time, it just not make sense to manually turn it on each time like some cheaper entry level substitutes, when I want to be lazy, I want to be as lazy as I can.Taking about lazy, it holds enough debrie for weekday regular cleaning jobs, I only need to clean it once every weekend, and I don't even bother to carefully clean the filter and dirt box, my old Dyson handheld vacuum now is the cleaner for cleaner, yes, I vacuum the vacuum. Now here are some tips for robovac owners or prospective owners.Organize your home for robovac, don't leave loose cords, socks, cloth, or any large garbage on the ground, it is not that smart and will get stuck. Consider this as a mandatory rutine to push yourself being organizing, it helps, both yourself and the robovac.Leave enough room around charger and put it somewhere open to access, robovac sometimes may get confuse to find the base to return.Leave suction power on max setting and don't use it when somebody around home, it is noisy, just let it work alone, "quietly".It needs more than just empty the dirt box, not much, but some, follow the manual and it will just do fine.Overall I love it, it really saves me big time, and most important, come home after long day of work with the clean floor to welcome, cannot be more appreciate than that.

Received the Eufy G30 as a present from my hubby. Overall I am pleased with how it works; it does a decent cleaning job of hardwood and tiled floors and certainly cuts down my cleaning time, which I really appreciate. I start with dusting and then once I am done, I let Eufy works its magic on the floors. Eufy travels easily under our furniture and even gets to places I have a hard time reaching. However, it does not do a great job of cleaning carpet, even low pile carpets. I took a picture of what my Dyson picked up from our carpets (we have area rugs), after the Eufy was done cleaning. As you can see the Dyson picked up A LOT of dust, dirt and doggie hair. That is the reason for 4 stars. On our hardwood and tiled floors Eufy does a great job of picking up dust, small bits of debris and hair tumble-weeds from our Ausiedoodle.Eufy was easy to assemble and setting up the app was also easy. I like how I can set a cleaning schedule but prefer to have it run while I am home. Had no issues with connecting to wifi.Still trying to figure out the mapping. It seems to go to places it already cleaned. One week the Eufy cleaned 1280 square feet and the following week only 1022 square feet and this week 1065 square feet. Our main floor is around 1300 square feet so not sure why the cleaning area is not consistent. Perhaps it will get better in time. When Eufy's battery is running low and needs to make its way home, it seems to get very lost. Once back home, I do empty the bin and clean the filter (with my Dyson). Hoping by cleaning the filter after each cycle, it will prolong the life of the filter. The little cleaning tools makes it easy to clean the roller brush. Eufy needs two full battery charges to clean our main floor and that results in about 150 mins of cleaning time. Charging takes quite a long time.Overall, I am very pleased with the Eufy G30. I purchased another one for our second level. Eufy recognized the stairs with no issues.Once we are finished our basement reno, I will purchase another one.....when it is on sale of course.I certainly recommend the Eufy G30 for general cleaning of hardwood and tiles floors. But if you are expecting it to clean your carpets, you'll be disappointed as it does not do a great job. If you want your carpets cleaned properly, you need to vacuum them. I don't mind as we only have area rugs so it's a quick 15 min job.

Let me start by saying, I have been using a robot vacuum from a name brand manufacturer for the past 3 years in two homes. I have seen other robot vacuums in use in friends home. I recognize technology has advanced, And decided to give this new model a try. Starting from initial unboxing and setup, everything was simple and the unit was quickly connected to my WiFi and accepting voice commands through Alexa. One complaint is there is no clear list of Alexa commands in the documentation. You can get ideas from Alexa but a written list of commands would be nice. This Vac is amazing in operation. I ran my previous Vac one last time and then set up this Vac and ran it. I ran the suction with Boost IQ that adjusts the amount of suction based on surface, tile, carpet etc, and this is the quietest vacuum ever. Unless it is near you, you won’t hear it. The first cleaning takes longer as it is learning your house. Due to low profile height, This vacuum cleans places my previous vacuum didn’t clean. That is good and bad, expect it will get stuck a couple of times that first cleaning. One place mine did was under a piece of furniture my old Vac couldn’t get under that had an extension behind it. That cord tripped the vacuum up. After the first cleaning located the problem spots, the second cleaning went much faster. While the vacuum shows location on a map in the app, each cleaning cycle the displayed map starts from a blank page and when it stops cleaning it erases that map. It should at least leave that map until the next cleaning cycle. But even better would be to start with the map outline at the beginning of the next cleaning cycle. As I previously said, I vacuumed with my old Vac and then ran the new one. I then emptied the dust bin and was amazed. It was almost full. And the cleaning area in my house is only about 1000 ft2. It did an amazing job finding and picking up dirt/dust. This dust bin is smaller that other robot vacuums and combined with the extra suction you will need to empty it more often. One more point, with new batteries and full charge I am getting 90 minutes of non stop cleaning using Boost IQ setting. Your mileage may vary. But if the batteries run low, it returns and charges the resumes cleaning where it left off. All is all, an excellent product.
