This formulation of ethyl alcohol is great value, with the denaturing agents here being of the kind that are gentle on skin, and only make it very nasty to consume orally.Although not labeled as it, it is effectively equivalent to SDA 40-B, so is suitable for topical preparations.

Had this been as advertised, it would have dissolved shellac flakes easily. As it is, it half-works, which shows that there are other things in the alcohol other than .5% denaturant. Really disappointed.
