I bought one of these in Brown Heather XXL to test fit. Loved the sweater, size was perfect, so I decided to buy two more colors. I bought the Blue Heather and the solid Navy. The Blue Heather matched the size of my Brown Heather (allowing for a small amount of stretching in the Brown one since I had worn it that day). However, the Navy version was substantially smaller than either the Brown Heather or Blue Heather. Like, unwearably small--it fit as tightly as a wetsuit. I double-checked both the label and the tag, and all confirmed XXL...just a substantially smaller sweater. While this could be a fluke, I think it's more likely that the solid colors are potentially a different manufacturer or line than the Heather colors--the fabric feels slightly different.I've posted photos of the Blue Heather and the Navy sweaters laid on top of my original Brown Heather to show the difference in sizes.

I’m 5’8” and about 173 lbs., kind of what you’d call short but “husky.” I take a medium in length, but sometimes I have to get a large to account for my broader build. Not so with this sweater. The medium is roomy enough for my shoulders and chest, but it’s the right length. Score!The material of the sweater is warm and soft. It seems stretchy which is helpful for comfort. It washes well and didn’t seem to shrink noticeably even after drying. The overall quality seems excellent especially at this price point.In summary, I very highly recommend this sweater especially for guys like me who aren’t tall but have broader builds. It’s an excellent value.

Poly-cotton is a sturdy , combined fabric and this pullover is also tightly woven for warmth.the Large size is perfect for my husband who is 5'11" , lean and fit from hours of hiking and dog training.The color is a softened burgundy, more like a grey/brick color . Very pleased with this purchase.
