My husband uses these for his small restaurant and they are comparable to the professional ones we usually get. they transfer well and are easy to read and write on. The ink doesn't smudge easily or fade a lot over time.

ive gotten several different server books, and i normally use small legal pads for order taking. i dont like the guest check books we have at work, these are much better. i prefer the lines. so far ive used them for a week, and im very happy with them. the paper is thicker, easy to write on, and holds quite a few sets of orders. as a bonus, they fit easily into all the books ive gotten, so i can pick and choose which to use every day at work. a great set, and will see about getting more.

You get a huge quantity of these wait staffGuest-Check booklets for a really low price.They are great for a small restaurant, food truck, or other purposes. You can take an order, then tear out the copy to hand to the kitchen/cook, and still have the check handy to give to the customer. 2 copies is always better than one.As long as I can read the server's handwriting, I prefer a written ticket. It cuts out the possibility of potential technical issues, with electronic transmissions, and printer problems. Or, you can keep these guest check books on hand, just as a fail-safe, if a system goes down. That way the customer doesn't suffer a loss of good service.
