Nothing beats having fresh ground coffee to pull your espresso shots. The taste is so much better and this machine makes it easy by doing it all in one place. It holds a good amount of beans. Puts out shots easily with a nice smooth cap. And the brother is a plus when using milk.

This is a terrible machine. I got it, and it wouldn't brew over 150°F (it's supposed to brew at 198°F to 205°F for reference). I thought, hey, I had bad luck and got a bad machine, so I got it replaced. I tested the 2nd, it just came today, and it doesn't brew over 150°F either. I tried raising the temp and lowering the temp, resetting to factory default, frothing first, and what happens? Nothing. Still brewing at 150°F no matter what I changed. My tea gets brewed at a higher temperature.Long story short. This brand is 0:2 with failed machine for me, so I don't advise wasting your time on this product.

I recently bought this espresso machine and I really feel that it has revolutionized my experience of drinking coffee at home. From the moment I opened the packaging, I was impressed by its sleek stainless steel design and solid build quality.It's easy to use and I can brew my first cup of espresso in just a few minutes. The machine heats up very quickly so I don't have to wait too long for my morning coffee. The 15 bar pump pressure makes for a rich and delicious coffee and I usually use a double-layer coffee filter which results in a beautiful layer of crema, just like the coffee from my favorite coffee shop!Cleaning is also a breeze as most parts can be removed and washed in the dishwasher. This makes maintenance quick and easy which really encourages me to use it every day.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend this espresso machine. It's definitely a good investment for coffee lovers!

Having never used a coffee machine like this we quickly realized it was not for us. We like to grid whole bean coffee and it does that well, maybe too well. The manual seems well enough written but I just could not get a cup of coffee made to suite our tastes. Having never been expresso people we were hoping to enjoy a good cappuccino with foaming milk. Could not get more than steamed milk. Sent it back and got my refund.Someone with experience may very well love the machine.
