If you are looking for an easy to use and clean machine that will make great espresso, cappuccino and lattes this is it. I've had this for a few months and love it. I probably run 10 double shots a day through this and it is going strong with no issues.Pros:-Easy to use, no need to be a barista or spend hours doing research on technique.-Makes a great espresso drink out of the box with a few minutes of setup and reading directions.-For an espresso machine it is quick and easy. I make my morning double long in a few minutes including warm up, brew time and clean up.-Has some limited adjustability if you read the directions.-Cleaning/maintenance is easy.-Amazing responsive customer service from seller for minor issue (I was truly shocked). They go above and beyond.Cons:-It is an automatic machine with limited adjustability. If you are looking to experiment with pressure and advanced espresso techniques this probably isn't for you.-The frother is easy to clean and use. The only issue is if you want to use it infrequently the cleaning may not be worth it. If you use it at least every 2 or 3 days you're fine. If you want to use it every week or two it is almost not worth filling it, cleaning and then putting away. If you use the frother either regularly or almost never this won't be an issue for you.One reviewer mentioned it does not take the appropriate weight of grinds. I noticed he was using a kitchen scale. I used a more sensitive scale that goes to 10ths of a gram and found I got 15 grams in the double filter. There is possibly variability between grind size and coffee moisture as well.This machine is perfect for what I wanted it for and am very happy with my purchase. I would buy it again without looking back.

I purchased this thinking, I’m spending more than I did w my first one but will have an auto frother and it’ll be so easy. But the frother doesn’t froth the milk hardly at all. Also, the tube of the frother goes into your cup to dispense the milk. If I allowed it to submerge into the milk that was dispensed (I hoped it wld froth more) it just spit milk everywhere. A huge cleaning job. Even if I don’t allow it, the makers size doesn’t allow for a small cup to be removed once the process is done without spillage. I’ve removed the drain plate and still a tea cup that’s 2/3 filled spills everywhere when I try to take it out fr under the machine. (I used a tea cup for a dbl latte) Also, there is a part in the owners manual that tells you how to customize a drink. So I followed the instructions and it stopped at the same level as a double latte. I also cannot make a skinny latte because the machine will only take whole milk. Low fat people, this machine is not for you. It curdles low fat milk.Now for the work afterwards…because it heats up (and it does heat both milk and espresso up well) but the heat will cause the milk to stick to the inside of the frother unless you clean it IMMEDIATELY after making a cup. So much for getting a cup of coffee and relaxing with it while it’s hot! No, you have to clean the machine first. In other words, the auto frother isn’t worth the hassle. Which means I purchased something that’s should make things easier and it just complicated my morning more! This baby is going back!

This coffee machine is absolutely amazing! It makes my mornings so much easier. The sleek design looks great in the kitchen, and it’s very simple to use. The built-in grinder is fantastic—it lets you adjust the grind size, and the coffee grounds come out perfectly even. The coffee it brews is so rich and aromatic, even better than what you’d get outside!It’s also very easy to clean, thanks to its thoughtful design. Plus, it operates quietly, so it doesn’t disturb anyone. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this coffee machine and highly recommend it to all coffee lovers!

It is extremely difficult to clean the milk frother. You have to make your coffee and immediately take the milk frother off and run to the sink wash it clean take all parts off and put them back on then run back to the coffee machine and immediately run water through the frother before you even drink your coffee. Even then I don't think it's really clean. Doesn't make great coffee either. Very erratic. Also difficult to clean area above grounds holder. Too late to send it back because it's taken apart and used.
