Usage Instructions for ESKONKE Thread Locker
- Preparation:
Shake well before use to ensure uniform composition. Clean and dry the fastener surface, removing any oil or contaminants.
- Curing Mechanism:
The product requires air exposure to cure. Note that the bottle contains only 4/9 liquid volume to prevent premature curing.
- Application Limits:
1. Not recommended for bolts ≥M32, as excessive thread clearance may reduce curing speed and bond strength.
2. Compatible with common metals: carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum alloy, and titanium alloy.
3. Incompatible with non-metallic materials: stone, plastic, rubber, wood, paper, glass, ceramic, cement, and fiber.
- Environmental Restrictions:
Avoid use in pure oxygen, oxygen-rich, pure chlorine, or chlorine-rich environments. Not suitable for sealing hydroxide materials.
- Storage & Handling:
1. Do not pour unused adhesive back into the bottle to prevent contamination.
2. Cures without smoke; seal tightly after use to preserve active ingredients.
3. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and high heat.

Product works well. Packaging is better. Has nipple that you pull out to open. Has nice small hole for accurate dispensing. Product is uncured, thicker than others we have tried. But works well for us. I get the feeling the other guys want you to spill it and over use it so they can sell more. Have already re-ordered this item.

The fact it isn't very runny is a big plus. I haven't used it on a lot of applications yet, but those I have turned out with the expected level of hold.If I ever run out, I'll buy again.

Most fasteners used on firearms don’t need to be TOO tenacious, compared to other applications.This product works great for gunsmithing.

My 2 year old washer machine gave out and insurance for it didn’t cover it… The washer plate came off and no one couldn’t fix it, one person said it was unfixable and I was tired of going to laundry Matt so I was going to spend $500 on a new washer machine when my son ordered this, cleaned the washer and glued the plate on. We waited 24 hrs so it can settle. It’s been a month and half and still works awesome!!!I definitely recommend this powerful glue!!!

This thread locker seems to work, however I found it a little tricky and did not see any info on how to actually open the bottle ... first there's the main cap, ok just pop that off it is tight at first but simple enough right? well yes and no, as with most you have to pierce the nozzle to get the liquid to flow so I did that and it still was not dispensing any liquid.NOTE: Just in case others are unsure and have the same issue I did then the following info is for you.Then I noticed there's a spot that sticks out lower on the nozzle this is a secondary seal that you must pull up on to unlock it (See Pic), while this is great it would be nice if the info to open the bottle was included in the package. So unless I somehow missed it I did not see any ...Anyway with all that sorted the product works as it should and seems to hold tight and sets quickly, but because of the lack of proper instructions I am docking a star. O and yes as others have mentioned the bottle is half full.I checked the weight of the product and it is around 50g minus the weight of the bottle, so you are getting what they say your getting, its just in a large one size fits all bottle that they must use for all there products which in my opin is just ridiculous and one of the reasons for many bad reviews, they should really just use a smaller bottle for a smaller amount, but because you only use a drop or 2 at a time this amount is still quite a lot, and should still last a very long time.Yes I can recommend this product, as it does seem like a decent value, just know it will come in an oversize bottle, but they are not shorting you on the actual product.
