I bought a full set which includes the jacket and the bib. The suit over all is very warm, even in single digit MN winter. My jacket had some excessive over sewn thread along the collar, maybe an over site, I just snip it off, no biggy. I'm a shorter guy but thick in stature. I had to get a large jacket and a medium bib. The jacket fits me just right but the bib was a bit on the long side. As with most clothing, they're made for the average slim guy. If you have any meat on you, you will find it firm on fit. The suit is not real thick but is sort of stiff due to the material inside of it. It kind of have a squeak to it when you move around, not a big deal. I would rate ability to move freely just satisfactory and warmth meets expectations. Quality is also meets expectations. I'm happy over all with it so it gets 5 stars.

I've put this jacket through it's paces already through ice fishing season, it's warm. It kept me very toasty in multiple -20+ Fahrenheit trips with wind ripping. Is it the absolute warmest? No. Is it a fair product price point? Definitely. I'd grade it just slightly below my Striker jacket for warmth but I'm in no way dissatisfied with my purchase. I went eskimo instead of getting another striker purely because of the price difference, locally the Striker jacket was pushing $100-$200 more than the eskimo and I'm glad I saved a bit of money and got the eskimo jacket instead.

Note there is no insulation in most of the sleeves. Called Eskimo customer service and they confirmed this was by design and not an error. You will need to wear an under layer if outside in extreme cold. Otherwise jacket is excellent.

Jacket seems great. The only downside. The neoprene inside wristband is too tight and uncomfortable. Had to split the seam. Can still tighten up jacket. With odor wrist band.

Good purchase. I bought the Eskimo Legend Bids a couple of weeks prior, and they were spot on warm, so I ordered the Eskimo Legend Jacket and again they are comfortable,warm and wind-proof. For my application these are the best ice fishing outer gear that I have ever purchased. They are a little heavy, but the warmth is worth it. The magnetic outer clips on the zipper covers is an excellent feature, because there are no metal buttons to break off. Kudos to the designers of this winter gear.

This jacket is amazing. I run both the bibs and coat. You get what you pay for here. This is heavy duty, waterproof and warm! Eskimo is a great brand and the shipper was very quick. I was given an estimate of 1-2 weeks and it arrived in a matter of days. Definitely measure to be sure of size. Mine fits perfectly with a large at 5'9" and 214 lbs.

I love this coat so much I am thinking about moving to a colder climate so I can wear it more. Great coat, warm, durable, functional, pockets everywhere, great features. I really like the little extra sleeves in the arms that hug your wrists to keep cold out. Double zipper front and 2 zippers in the back bottom for sitting comfortably. They thought of everything.

Yes I know they're expensive but worth every penny for the confidence to know that no matter what happens you're going to go home to your family not to mention they are so comfortable extremely well design and very high quality I spent nearly every day of the winter out on the ice and after purchasing the legend coat and bibs very seldom that I put up the ice hut I accidentally ordered a 3X instead of a 2 and it made it so much nicer having the extra movability so comfortable and warm, im a desert Cowboy and hate the cold ! And I spent every day on the ice in total comfort best pice off gear iv purchased in 30 years its the Kbar of the flotation ice fishing coat and bibs

Excellent jacket! I highly recommend it to any ice fisherman. Very warm with many useful pockets placed properly for ease of access and mobility. The bottom side zipper is an excellent feature when sitting while fishing/snowmobiling. The hood works extremely well especially during high winds.

This jacket is warm, extremity durable, great zippers, and has good storage space (pockets). My only issue is the collar is very stiff and a bit too high for my liking. I need to wear a neck gator to avoid chafing on my ears and neck. Otherwise worth every dollar.
