  • FULLY-INSULATED - IQ Insulated Fabric is 35% warmer than a comparable non-insulated shelter
  • PORTABILITY - Everything fits into a cinch carrying bag that can easily be carried on your back
  • SELF-TAPPING ICE ANCHORS - Easier to grip, and won’t bend under pressure
  • IN-SKIRT ICE ANCHOR GROMMETS - Easily place your ice anchors through grommets located directly in the skirt material—eliminating the hassle of finding and holding a separate grommet tab

As the innovator of the first pop-up portable ice fishing shelter, Eskimo knows a thing or two about building the world’s best on-the-go portables. Don’t be fooled by imitation shelters with flimsy hubs, weak poles and cheap fabric. The QuickFish Series is the original and still the best. Constructed with sturdy hubs, strong poles, ample storage pockets, reinforced bottoms, YKK zippers, self-tapping ice anchors and removable windows, the QuickFish is built to last season after season.

Good for one man with gear. Or two small kid's.Only has one door and it's vary small. Plastic windows don't open. Also doesn't have tie down pockets for wind string or anchor for wind strings you have to purchase extra anchors separately.

Very nice. My wife hates to be cold and I was able to get her out ice fishing.

This is my second insulated Eskimo shack. My other is a monster that's overkill and hard to handle by myself. This one is spacious for one and plenty for two. The quality of the big shack is why I went with Eskimo again. This one is awesome too. There might be better shacks out there but no e of them can beat this one for the price. Definitely get the insulated model. The weight and size increase over uninsulated isn't very much. Insulated is significantly warmer and doesn't drip on your head.

This is basically big enough to fish one angler very comfortably with all the gear we bring now. You can get two in but it’s tight. For myself that’s great as I fish solo quite often. It’s very small to pack down, easy to set up, and time will tell as to durability.

This is the second quickfish 2 I have owned. The first was the un-insulated version which I had for 12 years. Never had a single issue with it, untill last season when the poles broke, which I was kind of expecting after so much use. It is a great shelter for 1 person. It is a bit of a tight squeeze for 2 people. I have other hub shelters but the material, and zippers are far inferior to this brand.

Set up was a breeze right out of the box and carrying bag. However, taking it down and trying to stuff it back into the bag was another story. I put bungee straps around it and leave it in my sled to transport it from fishing spots. While out on the ice, it was very comfortable for my gear and 2 people to fish comfortably. It was very warm even with the wind blowing and below freezing temperatures. The 4 windows come in handy to illuminate the tent as needed. The one area I would encourage all buyers to buy would be the drill adapter for the ice anchors. Without it, the anchors are nearly impossible to get into the ice efficiently.Overall, it is a quality 2 man insulated ice shelter that would be a great addition to a day out on the ice.

This shanty is a beast. Took some figuring to get it going at first, but once you get it down it's easy. It endured the Upper Michigan winter without a problem. The insulated version is a must! Most of the time I didn't even need a heater because the shanty kept the heat so well. Almost felt like a sauna in them warmer months. I can fit myself and all my gear in here comfortably. I'm a small woman so it isn't the most comfortable to carry on a long haul, but it's not bad. Little bit of a struggle to put it back in the sleeve since it's nearly the size of me, but this too can be perfected. I've had a lot of compliments on this shanty for the sleekness, durability, and utility. My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner!

This thing is a beast. I purchased the insulated version and put mine up easily enough, I watched a YouTube video explaining the setup. I tested it in a wind and rain storm and it held up well. It is not completely waterproof, but with a single application of spray on water repellent (nikwax) it keeps out every drop. This thing blocks ALL wind, and warms up easily with a small catalytic propane heater. I am excited to take it out on the ice!
