Time will tell but it seems to work better than most other methods

It worked very well kept rocks from going down in between the truck and the tailgate

I followed the instructions exactly. Looked great for awhile. The first time I pushed a cardboard box (about 10 pounds) across the tailgate is started to peel off. If you are going to lift everything over it when loading or unloading it will probably be fine. In real life you'll be disappointed. Great concept but not very practical.

I was impressed with how easy it was to install over a spray in bedliner. So far the adhesion is superb.

ESI got it right. A little bit of a pain to install but, man does it STICK. Does very good job of kleeping dust and water out. The only thing I did wrong after a year and half was slide a piece of furniture across it and it lifted a couple of inches. Dumb, but lesson learned. This roller will make your installation a lot easier. It's small enough to go into the bed grooves and get a good seal. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GVGTX2V/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

worked great on 2014 F150 as the tape area is flat. The Chevy would be another story

When I first got my F-150 I picked up some tailgate seal to keep dust from getting into the bed, it kind of worked, there was less than before, but my stuff was still always covered in a layer of dust after driving to the cabin or out to the farm, which made life difficult because I keep my daughters stroller in the bed typically.I was looking for another solution and stumbled upon the ROK BLOCK by accident, but liked the concept and figured I'd give it a shot. In hind sight, I wish I had ordered the 6" wide instead of the 4" but that's on me, not on the product. I installed it and figured it seemed reliable but we'd see how it does on our camping trip the coming weekend, when all our stuff would be in the bed and we'd spend a large amount of time on back roads.By Sunday I had my answer, this thing really works. Every time I opened the tailgate I would check the corners for dust and barely any was getting in there and all our camping gear, the stroller and everything else was clear of dust and dirt.My only regret is not buying this when I bought the truck, I will definitely be recommending this to all my friends (although again, I'd opt for the 6" wide vs the 4")

Edit :I have been able to use the cover for a bit of time and let say, its great I had no issue with it moving or coming up at all. I was skeptical of the area were I was running low of the adhesive promotor. I did'nt have to be. This thing is really stuck to the bed and holds really well. I would buy again.Original :The rubber seal is ok so far...My only issue was with the included adhesive promotion sponges. They are extremely thin and upon using them, they tend to disintegrate to nothing in about 10 seconds. I ended up using both over the course of 1 side of the tailgate and approximately 1/4-1/3 of the bed side. This truck had an after market spray in bed liner and I know that had an impact on the sponges disintegrating. (roughness of the material) If the truck had not had the spray in bed liner, I feel they would have worked better and I would have been able to apply the promotion compound without the sponge disintegrating. My suggestion make the sponge 3 times as thick as they are now or possibly include 6 sponges instead of the 2.I am at the end of the 24 hour drying process. Ill give it a try tomorrow as to usability. I work construction, and the pickup is more or a casual use for odds and ends as needed. I am curious to see if the adhesion lasts especially on the portion of the bed where the sponge disintegrated, and where I was unable to apply the adhesion compound properly.

I installed this in the bed of a 2000 Silverado. So far, so good. The instructions are detailed and should be followed. I spent one day cleaning all surfaces. I then waited for a warm day and I installed the cover in the early morning. It is important to leave the tail gate down for 24 hours, which gives the glue time to set. There is a very small package that comes with this kit that can be easy overlooked. It is a small cloth coated with a pre-surface sealer. I almost overlooked it. It needs to be wiped over the surface to ensure the glue will stick. I did not give this product five points because it could have been two inches wider. If it had been a little wider, I could have put a metal strip with medal screws, which would have ensured it would stay in place for a longer time. To be fair, none of the ones advertized on the internet are any wider and all the others are more expensive. This is a thick rubber, so it appears it will last a long time. I have hauled dirt, hay and branches since I installed this and it has saved me a lot of time and work I used to spend digging that junk out of the crack between the bed and the tailgate. I am happy with the purchase.
