I love squirrel hair brushes to paint with watercolor and traditional gouache, and was excited for these. They are good for holding a good amount of paint and water BUT dont keep a point, they are sooooo blunt its worse than using my 15 yo squirrel brushes I was replacing, because they were finally getting worn out.

I'm new to watercolors but it did not take me long to ruin a few paintings due to poor brushes, paint and paper. I bought good paper and paint and finally with Escoda I got great and long lasting brushes
