EDIT: I took off the 2nd strap which is towards the tail. I left on the one around the stomach. My little escape artist just planted his feet and hunched his shoulders and was quite sure that the harness would come off. It didn’t! Even with just one strap around his torso, it didn’t. I’m still giggling.Several adjustment points, including from neck to chest (which is why I bought this one).I have an 8 lb. Pomeranian. Poms are built like little tank engines. A short but stocky body.Sweaters, costs and harnesses usually are too long from chest to the srea where a vollar is placed.I found that it takes a bit of patience and strong fingers to make the adjustments. I used a small diameter knitting needle as a “fid” (a tool used un rope, rawhide and saddlemaking) to help me pull strap up into the adjustment fitting. Then, with a loop pulled up, I’d pull on the end of the strap to shorten it.The chest to “collar area” could not shorten sufficiently so I “folded the excess and tied it in place with a bit of yarn.The one major change I would make to the design would be to add an adjustment getting to the top of the harness. There is a pad with a D ring for a leash snap to attach to.The thing is that male fogs have their “spout” placement at different points along the underside. Although it will lessen the secure fit in the event that a dog attempts to back out of the harness, all that can be done in my little fellow's situation is to loosen the collar a bit, and slide the back pad back a bit, thus putting the last belly strap behind his little spout. Instead of nudging it.I feel that the money was worth the harness the straps and stitching are built for tugging and the plastic fittings are not cheap. If anything breaks on this, it would probably be a plastic prong. I wouldn’t be surprised if one couldn’t find similar replacement pronged fittings online though.The look on my Pom’s face when he discovered that he could not dip his head, hunch his shoulders and slither out of THIS harness was priceless! (Giggle!)

We have an escape artist who would pull her way out of a regular harness. This fixed the issue and we feel much more confident walking her.

The only harness my dog has not been able to escape from. I have tried about 10 different harnesses over the last 6 years and this is the only one that has worked. After my dog escaped from his other harness at the beach a couple of years ago, I was ready to give up on using a harness at all. I couldn't risk losing my baby. I saw this harness and decided to give it one more try. Best decision ever! He pulls on the leash, but this harness helps to keep him from pulling his neck like on a regular collar. This harness is secure and seems to be comfortable for him to wear. For reference he is a golden who weighs well over 100 lbs and this harness has held up and preformed well.

Well made and sturdy, but so thick. It is too large in parts for our overweight beagle so I will have to modify it. The adjustable straps are difficult to move.

Très contente de mon achat, harnais 3 points( anti fugue)!Je l'ai acheté pour ma Labrador adoptée en Roumanie.Tous mes chiens ont ce genre de harnais,mes Galgos, Podenco et mon autre petite Roumaine ( qui elle avait tendance à fuguer en balade)Le harnais est fortement recommandé pour les loulous adoptés, peureux ou fougueurs.Je recommande cet article👍.
