Upgrade your slide performance with unsurpassed comfort and control. The Ernie Ball comfort slide is fitted with a soft inner sleeve for a secure fit, giving you maximum control as you slide up and down the fretboard. The brightly colored sleeve keeps visibility high in dark environments and provides a soft cushiony barrier from the slides’ rolled metal edge. Suitable for electric and acoustic guitars, this slide features smooth, durable, black chrome plated brass that allows the notes to ring out with a bright, chimey tone and maximum sustain.

I'm male with small hands and this fits my pinky. Not as bright sounding as my chrome slide but has a pleasant sound and is very comfortable.

I wish it were 10 mm longer to cover all the strings easily without slipping of I like the silicone ring, makes it more comfy. I'd like to try a small for my pinky but that would make it even shorter with the size small option.

This was a game changer for me. Fits me better than the glass/brass n metal set I bought. At the time I didn't realize that I could buy different sizes. I have smaller hands/fingers and this one fits 3 of 4 fingers.Better fit gives you better control and sound. The rubber insert/sleeve is great!

Love using this slide. I'm a total newbie, but this slide has given me confidence and the weight is real nice, and the fit is wonderful too. I feel I can keep a light touch using this slide, and I also like the tone too.

Very smooth and well-made. Weight is good, and I play my lapsteel by holding my slides, including round "tubular" ones, between my fingers and not on a finger. I was looking for a "tube" style slide that had a warmer, creamier tone than the ones I own. This Ernie Ball Comfort Slide has come the closest to that sound yet. I'm giving it some time to get used to it but my arthritic hands can move it quickly without a lot of string "moan" or strident metallic noise noise that some of my slides present. I imagine with practice and patience I can come to really liking this slide.

This is very comfortable, but it is too heavy for electric and too thin for acoustic playing. I got it thinking the brass part was thin enough to make it lightweight and maneuverable, like a glass slide. Unfortunately, it is much heavier than a glass slide, so was not suitable for making quick moves on thin electric guitar strings. On acoustic resonator guitar, the brass was too thin-walled for my taste. It lacks the tonal heft of thick-walled brass slides. I will stick with a heavy-wall brass slide for metal-body resonator stuff, and a thick tempered glass slide for electric playing.

Doesn’t sound woody, sounds plasticy, which makes sense cause it is plastic

Ernie Ball always fails to disappoint, I wanted to experiment with slide guitar playing which is why I initially bought it. I did enjoy the comfort grip however I felt that the material often suffocated my finger thus causing finger sweat. Aside from that, it is incredibly robust and brass is indestructible. I would recommend; give it a try!
