I've been working from home for a few years now and my posture has been getting worst. I mainly work on my dining table with a dining chair which gets uncomfortable after a few hours. This chair addressess my concerns well. The instructions were easy to follow which took me a little less than half an hour to assemble. The materials are good quality and when put together it is very sturdy. The wheels roll smoothly. The mesh is comfortable and keeps me from getting hot during long sittings. Several parts are adjustable for good ergonomics ranging from extending the base, armrest, headrest, and lumber. My favorite feature is being able to recline and extend the leg rest when taking breaks. Overall, this is a great chair that meets and exceeds all my needs.

This Chair is a great choice for long hours of work. The mesh back provides excellent breathability, and the adjustable 3D armrests add to the comfort. The dynamic lumbar support helps reduce back strain, making it ideal for those with posture issues. The seat cushion is soft yet supportive, and the rollerblade-style wheels glide smoothly on different surfaces. Assembly is straightforward, and the build quality feels premium for the price. Overall, it’s a solid investment for a comfortable and ergonomic workspace.

I've been using this office chair for a couple days now, and it's been a game-changer for my workspace. The 3D adjustable armrests make it easy to find the best position and the overall design provides great support for my back and shoulders. If you're One of the biggest reasons I landed on this chair was because it was rated to hold my weight (I'm pretty massive) - barely. I figured that since it was designed to hold this weight, it was designed for larger people... this is incorrect. While I do "fit" between the armrests - unlike quite a few chairs out there - it's not a comfortable fit. Also the seat is too narrow for me: the hard plastic forming the border around the mesh is pressing into my legs, which makes me kinda sore after a couple hours. I have a memory foam pad that I'm setting on top of my chair to help out, but it doesn't completely prevent that rim from digging in because it's not even quite as wide as the mesh part of the seat, but it helps me get through the day. Finally (this may be my fault... there might have been a way to tighten it that I missed), the chair would sink throughout the day and would not stay raised all the way to the top. So, for larger people, I would look elsewhere. As for other features:- The leg rest feels flimsy at first, but it does hold up pretty well.- If you're someone who likes to tuck on leg up onto the seat and sit on it (half-cross-legged pose), this chair will hurt you with that solid hard border around the seat. But, I've been wanting to stop doing that, so in part, this is a bonus for me.- The arm rests can be turned inward and outward and be slid forward and backward. This is great to make it fit you better! ... except they don't lock in place... they are easily moved out of position by bumping it slightly. I know this is common, but I feel it's not acceptable.- The lumbar support needs to be able to be adjusted to a higher position, and it needs more forward/back adjustment possibilities, too. You can either lock it all the way forward, or you let it be springy, which offers very little support.EDIT: After originally being a 3-star review, Patio Mage reached out to me and offered me a full refund without needing to send the chair back. This garnered them an extra star. They did reach out afterwards asking me if I could change this to a 5-star review, but I don't feel that would be fair to you all. Why would I write a 5-star review for a chair that couldn't work well with people within the limits they stated? It has some pretty big flaws for larger people, so I can't give it full marks. However, the customer support certainly made this experience better, so I was willing to make it at least a positive review.
