Great chair for the price. I've had it for a week. Immediate relief for my back. Yes you get shin bang (just like your alpine ski boots) but ease into using this chair and let your body adjust. You don't have to sit in the same position all the time.I like the adjustments. I thought my initial setup was good but later found that by changing the angle of the shin pad it fit my anatomy better.Uhm, yeah they could have marked the pieces to make it a little easier to assemble. Just pay attention to how the angles of the chair are in the pictures. Also the counterbored holes. I used a drill and hex driver which made it less frustrating then using the little allen wrench they supply. Don't overtighten the fasteners. Some have complained about its sturdiness. So far it's fine for me.Quality of materials is OK. I'm starting to get some wrinkles in the fabric on the shin cushion. There are some gouges in one of the pieces of wood, but I don't see them now that it is assembled. For the price it's hard to beat.

I have lower backpane from doing jiujitsu and was in dire need of looking for an ergonomic working chair to use since I work from home. I tried the high end herman miller sayl gaming chair ($899) and it was very comfy, but still did not alleviate the issue. However, THIS chair did. No gimmicks, just a basic chair alleviates the pressure from your lower back and enables you to use more of your shin, torso and upper back to sit up right vs only your spine. Fantastic product for a fraction of the cost from it's competitors. Highly recommended.

Worked great for a good month or two, then the turn knobs wouldnt stay tight and then one of the anchors for the screws broke off so one of the cushions won't stay in place properly (I'm definitely below the max weight too). So I can't even use it now. I can't even get a hold of the manufacturer either.

As someone who sits all day in an office and then comes home to do more work from home at night, it leads to poor posture and a decent amount of lower back pain. This chair seemed like a good alternative. The construction was very easy although the instructions were a little vague. If you’ve put together any amount of cheap furniture with nothing but the included Allen wrench, you’ll be fine.Once you’re kneeling on the chair, it’s very comfortable. The cushion provides just enough give to keep you comfortable without feeling like you’re sinking into it. It feels a little wobbly if you adjust yourself side to side at all while sitting(kneeling) in place but otherwise I don’t feel worried for its structure. It is definitely helping me keep better posture while I’m using it and, after a few short weeks I would say I do see a bit of a difference in my back pain as well. More time will tell. Overall, it could be a little more sturdy, after so long you do want to adjust a little and it does wobble but I haven’t fallen yet!4/5 stars

I have terrible posture, so I am always looking for new ways to improve it. I enjoy using this chair while writing emails or completing short tasks.

I used a ball chair for several years. Though I like them I thought there must be a better option. In my opinion this chair is a more comfortable option, but not something I would sit in for 8 hours. I've also added an adjustable desktop laptop/KVM stand. I find the combination of sitting on this chair and standing makes for a nice combination. I probably sit a total of 4 hours alternating between the two.

This kneeling chair works well for posture and back support, but the cushions are lacking. After just a few days of use, my knees started to bruise, and sitting in it became uncomfortable. While it’s excellent for promoting good posture, the thin padding makes it hard to use for extended periods. If the cushions were more supportive, this would be a much better chair.

This chair broke with just under a month of every-day usage. There are two huge issues with this chair: the padding on the knee rest is insufficient for more than perhaps an hour's use at a stretch, and the mounting method they use for the adjustable screws in the seat creates structural weakness. From day 2 I had to fool around trying to keep an extra pad on the knee rest to make it tolerable, and as with another reviewer, the seat failed catastrophically underneath me during normal use, with the screw mounts pulling out completely. While I'm not the smallest guy at 220 pounds, if your product can't reliably hold anything heavier than a house cat, you probably need to put that in the description.
