At 55 years old, it definitely helps (all ages actually need this). Changing tires or lower part of car repairs, its a must. I'd recommend the next size up if you are going to use it often. This is good for occasionally usage; so, it's on standby when I work.

i got this to throw in my toolbox for travel, it fits perfectly in a pelican 1560 and it is really nice to kneel and stand on. here is a hack for you traveling guys.... put it on the top of your pelican where the handle and trolley handle is for a nice portable chair..

J’ai fait beaucoup de genouillères, j’ai acheté pas mal de tapis mais celui-ci se démarque très bien pour sa robuste et sa polyvalence on lui demande pas trop et pourtant il fait très bien le travail, il est pas très lourd, il est très peu encombrant, je recommande vivement le prix en vaut la chandelle

My son was the one that told me about this new pad and it’s by far the best one that I’ve ever used. I’m someone that can’t kneel on my knees without pain, but using this pad I’m able to do it with no problem and I can stay there long term. Highly recommend buying.

As a kitchen fitter and doing my plumbing on jobs this little Matt helpful on the knees and spot on and it’s every tough I’ve thrown about in the back of the van all over jobsites and it still going so I would recommend this to others

Update:it's made of nitril rubber so it withstands the alcohol and doesn't absorb much, fairly easy to clean. The mat passed my own test and the quality control process at work. This is a great product and even though it really does feel like soft foam, it's definitely not and is pretty durable. Contacted the company to ask to and the support was great. Changed to 5 starsIt seems like a good product but I don't think it will work for me. I work in a sanitary green house growing medicinal plants. With that being said the environment and tools we use need to stay sterile. I asked if this product would be able to withstand alcohol and people responded with things like "its self cleaning" to be clear this product is very much a foam that would NOT BE EASY TO WIPE DOWN WITH ALCOHOL. it being a foam makes it resistant to water and chemicals, but seems like it would have a good chance of absorbing into the pad. Not optimal. With that being said. It's large with lots of space to move side to side and is pretty soft on the knees. It's nice and thick so you don't feel the floor through it. Nice pad but doesn't seem like it would be chemical resistant... Was under the impression that it had a nitrile rubber case on the outside to make it resistant. Unfortunately likely returning...

This is a nice quality kneeling pad, I use it for various stretching on my knees and for kneeling while I'm working when my body gets tired of sitting. It's very soft and easy on the knees and seems to stay sturdy, I've had mine for nearly 3 months and it is still soft as can be.

Great for my knees, much better than my 6-year old free poly-foam pad that bottomed out to hard surface. This is made of a black tough cushy rubber type product, It's 1" thickness is thick enough. I'm a 70 year old Idaho rancher, I'm on my knees often working on equipment, loading our wood stove, crawling under buildings or just fixin stuff. With several past knee surgeries and age, my knees are more sensitive to hard surfaces and pressure than they used to be. Some times I use strap on knee pads for long belly crawls fixing plumbing, strap on knee pads still have their use, but are hard to keep in place and take time to put on. I use my new 380 pad more often because it is in hand, quick to lay down, and very comfortable. It's 1" thickness doesn't bottom out from my 210 Lb. knee pressure. I have used this over a month and really like it.So far I have not had trouble with rodents, birds, squirrels, or my other little ranch buddy's chewing it up for nesting like they did with my old poly foam pad. I put off buying it last year because I didn't want to pay 30 bucks. I recommend this if your on your knees at all, I think it would be a good butt pad for watching school football games from cold, hard metal bleachers this fall. I found zero fault with this product, quick S&H too, buy it!
