Works great ..we live next door to a large dairy so summer flies are horrible...its a rediculous price...but it works

Growing up, we had something similar in the show barns I worked for. They always kept the flies down to a minimum. As an adult with my own spread, I can tell you flies are a bother. I use 3 of these in my 3 stall barn and have had effective relief from flies inside. Claims to be safe around dairy animals, and has made milking less obnoxious in the summer. Very pleased!

I have been using these for years for my livestock and in my processing facility. Very quiet and you can barely smell it. They last for years before needing to be replaced.

We got inundated with flies and mosquitoes for the last two years in SoCal. An ex-rancher friend told me they used this in their barns. Installed on my covered patio at about 8 feet high (didn’t want to get shot in the face). Fly population in the house dropped to zero after about a week. Did not seem to reduce mosquitoes, but I added a table top tiki torch with bugfighter oil and that got rid of them. I do not have livestock.Scentless about five or ten seconds after the 1/2 second spray every 15 minutes. Slight sweet smell right after the spray. Have the sprayer set to the low setting.

This automatic fly control unit uses 4 AA batteries and cans of Country Vet or Zepp fly spray. I like to use the Fly and Mosquito spray which costs just a bit more but eliminates more of the pests.We use one of these in each of the horse stalls during the summer only and it helps control the insects in the stall and from biting the horses. We still use regular fly spray for the horses themselves. These units come with a screw to put in the wall and hold up great. Occasionally we have a horse that plays with them and we have to mount in the rafter to get it out of their range of reach.We have used them for years and they keep on running. There is an easy to read LED light on the outside of the unit that flashes red when it is time to change the batteries. Our batteries last 2 seasons so they do not use a lot of batteries. There are two settings for how often the spray occurs so you can set to your liking.Would recommend.

I don't see where it has done anything at reducing the amount of insects near my house. We still have a ridiculous amount.
