I am thoroughly disappointed about this purchase. I bought this scanner very recently and within days of using it, the scanner began to malfunction and there were two white streaks across every page I was scanning. I called the customer tech support number on the original packaging since the product came with a 1 year warranty. However the tech support said that the warranty was already expired. I quickly asked to refund the item but was surprised to learn about insane fees associated with re-stocking fees and shipping fees that would pretty much be half of the scanner cost to return a broken scanner. SUCH AN INSANE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY. I WISH I HAD NEVER BOUGHT THIS SCANNER FROM THIS SELLER. Just go directly to Epson's website and buy it instead, at least you'll get a complimentary one year warranty.
