This cutting board is perfect. It's lightweight, grips to the counter, has a juice groove, no micro plastics, maintenance free, looks nice and dishwasher safe. I really enjoy using this cutting board daily and has made the cooking process more enjoyable. Not a bad thing I can say about this piece.

I couldn’t be happier with the **Epicurean All-in-One Cutting Board**! It’s the perfect combination of functionality and durability.The material is sturdy yet lightweight, making it easy to handle and store. It doesn’t dull my knives, which is a huge plus compared to some of the plastic (unsafe) boards I’ve used in the past. I also love that it’s dishwasher-safe, making cleanup incredibly convenient.The non-slip corners keep the board securely in place, even when I’m chopping larger items like watermelon or carving meats. The juice groove is another thoughtful feature—it does a fantastic job of catching any liquid, keeping my countertops clean.Knowing it’s made from sustainable materials is the cherry on top—it feels good to support an eco-friendly product.

I’ve been trying to rid my kitchen of plastic and love how slim these are as I don’t have much storage space. They clean up nicely and don’t hold onion and garlic smells like my old plastic cutting mats. I bought several sizes and would recommend these for anyone who wants a an easy to store, non-toxic cutting board.

I put this cutting board to the test slicing and dicing 20lbs of sweet potatoes and other dense vegetables. The board didn’t move and held up very well with only slight cutting marks you can’t really see. Better than other boards I’ve used. Great value. As others mentioned, there is a slight smell after washing but it’s not offensive and dissipated after two washes and once dry.

I purchased this non-slip cutting board with the juice catcher to add to her Epicurean cutting board collection of smaller sizes. She especially likes that the board stays in place on her quartz countertop, and the juice catcher is a nice feature for cutting up fruit! She is using it daily and said it is a great gift for her kitchen. Now, I want one to add to my Epicurean collection! The Epicuean boards, this one included, have a smooth finish and after years of use do not dull our knives. They are worth the price!

If you want a cutting board that’s durable and easy to clean, and want to avoid exposure to microplastics, this is the way to go. This is a tough surface without the give of a plastic board, so you’ll notice a difference when you cut, but we got used to it quickly. Cleans up really easily. I’ve only put it in the washer once, but unlike our prior plastic boards, there was no warping at all. The rubber feet hold it really well, and it’s nice that it is grooved on one side but not on the other, if you have a preference. Like a wood or plastic board, it’s getting some thin, shallow cuts in the surface, but you can sand those out if they concern you. Seems like a great cutting board.

When we recently tried to reduce plastics used for food preparation, we got one of these cutting boards. It's been great after using it for about a year. I particularly like how light it is compared to our old HDPE plastic ones. The Epicurean one cleans easily in the sink and occasionally we'll run it through the dishwasher. It shows some knife marks after a year, but seems like it will last forever. One side is smooth and the other side has a groove around the edge to catch juices.The only downside I've noticed is that it's noisy when chopping. This board has little rubber feet in the four corners, so the board itself is elevated from the countertop and the chopping sound reverberates a bit. Not a big deal, but it motivates me to chop more smoothly.

Compressed paper is such a good alternative to wood. It’s super sturdy, doesn’t destroy my knives, is dishwasher safe, and the rubber feet provide a stable surface. Perfect size for small tasks.

I have purchased two cutting boards from Epicurean. First the 11.5-Inch × 9-Inch, Natural and have been using it no problem so I then invested in the larger one with Non-Slip Feet and Juice Groove, 14.5" × 11.25", Natural/Black. After removing the sticker and giving its first wash the chemical smell was pretty strong enough that I kept sniffing around trying to find it and sure enough it was the cutting board. With that amount of chemical smell (guessing Formaldehyde after re-reading more reviews) I can not imagine cutting and ingesting food from it. A quick Google search shows Formaldehyde as a known human carcinogen. Why? Why? Why sell this to humans for use with food that they plan to directly ingest?I had to immediately return! and now I am considering returning the other one that did not have a noticable smell.But if you are not at all concerned with chemicals entering your body - it's a decent lightweight cutting board that is not plastic and harmful for the environment however, potentially harmful to your body.
