Cool skates and super smooth but the axels are junk and I can’t find replacement axles. Skate is solid though.

As others have stated, the inner ankles get very sore after a few minutes due to the cuff bolts. Also the bearings would not roll well so I tried taking the wheels off to use some silicone grease but the wheels were crazy tight and I couldn’t get them off without potentially breaking them. These are just cheap Chinese skates and the quality is very poor. I’m sending them back and getting name brand even though those are nearly twice the price. These are just not useable and I’m surprised there are any 5 star reviews at all with the amount of ankle pain and poor quality…

If you wear number 44 and you have a wide foot they won't fit and they hurt a lot, for small feet it's sure to be perfect 👍🏻

These EPIC rollerblades are very well built, with an incredibly strong aluminum chassis. Great wheels and bearings, fast, with a good amount of anchored heel / ankle support. Plastic is firm and brittle, don't overtighten anything that causes excess pressure against the plastic. These blades are semi-pro, so are expected to be worn by an experienced blader, with your own flexibility preferences in mind, or you risk an uncomfortable feel, and MAY experience minor cracking along the top of moulded boot once flexed. Not considered a major issue, as load bearing is dispersed. Use the allen key ankle adjustments to get the most comfort and enjoy.

So I've had these skates for 4 years now so seems like enough time to write a review lol.Overall, this is a very good pair of skates for the price and will give you a lot of use. Make sure you rotate your wheels often. I use to commute to work 5 miles each way on these. I would use them twice a week and bike three days a week. I was able to easily keep about a 10mph average which was not much slower than my bike. The big wheels really helped me not go down because of the uneven sidewalk or a stick/Rock/etc.ProsPrice to quality is greatSpeed is there4 years of on and off regular use and going strong.Lost an axel screw (4 years in) recently and the company sent a replacement and wouldn't let me pay for it.Also, contacted Epic Skates to get a new pair of wheels and they had them in the mail the same day. Dave over there deserves a raise for his customer service!!ConsComfort is okay, wear decent socks and I had to wear the boots somewhat loose.Again, I think you won't go wrong with these skates as long as you take care of them and especially rotate your wheels regularly. If your still reading I'll say one more thing that I would have never guessed. I am surprised how often I get compliments on them or thumbs up from commuters and randome people. Such a fun way to get some exercise in your day. Have fun and skate safe!

skates are great but the sizes are wrong. i usually wear a size 9 / 42, the chart list to order a size 11 witch it ended up being 1 inch too big. also getting a replacement is a pain though amazon. AMAZON, getting a replacement of a different size should not be this hard!!!.getting a replacement in a different is a mayor pain in the A$$. customer service was

These skates make blading my local streets a breeze. Almost effortlessly I glide in them. The only complaint I have which makes it less than a 10/10 is that I am having trouble finding brakes which fit this model, I have tried 2 different brake systems: one which is the standard designed for 125mm wheels, as well as a universal brake system. In both cases the gap between the back wheel and the middle one is too distant. I guess I need to learn the power-slide and T stop techniques until I can find the right brakes.
