When I first put the cover on, it had already chipped at one of the corners. I didn’t think much of it, but as time went on, it chipped even more and more, to the point it barely stays on if I try to open my laptop. It’s best you look for something else, even if it’s pricier.

i had this case for a long time maybe 2 years till it started to crack on its own... it started in the corners till it just gave up and fell apart its made outta delicate hard plastic enjoyed my time with it while it lasted did what it was supposed to

The case was very easy to install and makes my MAC look even more beautiful! Definitely worth the purchase!Update:I still do love the case but after only having it for 3 months the top is starting to crack. I'm very careful with my devices and haven't even taken it out of the house. It just started randomly cracking. A little disappointing since I've only had it for about 3 months.

I love this cover, I get to still enjoy the colour of my laptop but protect it from scratches, the added touch of sparkle is so pretty. too! I not a huge fan of sparkle but the right touches are ok for me and this gave me just that. It comes with a top and bottom cover that snaps easily into place, two different keyboard covers with one of them perfect for my keyboard, as well as a screen protector. I'm not sure I'll keep the screen protector on as I couldn't get the little red tab off without it leaving a sticky residue. ( I may cover with a cute little sticker). The keyboard cover is great and I can type just fine with it in place and it doesn't shift. I like that it is a matte finish and peels off easily for wiping down. For the price and overall appearance I am very satisfied and why I gave it a 5 star rating. I only had it for one day so I don't know how it will hold up, but for the price I don't think I would complain. As for protection if I dropped my laptop, well I don't believe it would give it that type of protection, but that's not why I bought it. I wanted to protect my cover from scratches and make it easy to wipe down, and a little bit of sparkle was nicer than the plain clear one. Hope this helps, I provided some pictures as well.

I bought a sparkle one. I was not sure how it looks on gold macbook air, because it looked silver sparkle on the photo.It’s actually silver and gold mixed sparkles and it fits perfectly on gold macbook!! So beautiful!! I used to used harder case and this one is a bit softer. I like this one much more than previous one, it makes easier to install.I liked the keyboard protector as well, it doesn’t look cheap at all.As for the screen protector, I failed and I made a lot of babble. That was my fault and it looked beautiful screen though!For this price this is steal and it was worth it even only for the case and keyboard cover. I am very happy to buy it!!!
