I ordered these plastic envelopes to help organize and protect important documents; the divider aspect is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, they are too big to use in a standard file cabinet and/or file box.. The description reads "Plastic Envelopes,10 x 13, Plastic Envelopes for Documents, Clear Plastic Envelopes, for Letter Size 8.5 x 11. I guess I only paid attention to the words "letter size".The envelopes are well made with a ziplock-type closure that seems to be pretty sturdy and secure. When a document is placed inside the envelope, it is easy to see and read. The 10x13 dimension provides ample room for documents/papers that are larger than letter size.I really like the concept of these plastic envelopes with a divider. I only wish they were true letter size and fit in a file cabinet.
