This little xylophone has pretty good sound, but comes with super cheap and crappy hammers. If your at all serious, plan on getting new hammers. Because it's got hinges to close, it's easy to transport. Plan on putting it on a table to play it, it doesn't lock into an open position, so putting it on your lap makes it fold up. Overall this xylophone is good for a begginer that just wants to practice at home, it sounds good enough, and you can get a decent volume out of it.
