The piece that attaches the ramp to the platform is thin and flimsy and broke with one day of use. I wish I could return this, but I don't have the original packaging.

Purchased for granddaughters rescue guinea pigs. Its a hit! They love the hammock. Big enough for both large guineas to sleep together. Nicely made.

Very nice and my guinea pig loves it! The only thing is is I wish that I would’ve got the smaller size. I got the large for my guinea pigs and it takes up quite a bit of room even though I have a 4 x 2 enclosure but it’s cute and it’s fun for them most of the time they’re under it instead of on it. One of my piggies Rupert used to like to lay in it, but he passed away in November 2024 in surgery for a bladder stone RIP Rupert. But it is really cute and durable and will last a long time.

the size was perfect and my guinea pigs loved it but it broke. the wood on the ramp was split only worked for a few hours

Overall, great little guinea pig structure.I only have two minor complaints:(1) fleece for top platform isn’t grippy and is not tailor fitted to the top. You have to fold it in half and it seems like it could slip underfoot for the guinea pig.(2) No pre-cut holes to help line up the ramp where it attaches to the top platform.Otherwise, our guinea pigs love it and immediately started using the hammock.

My pigs love this thing. They're on it or under it 24/7. When I was putting it together one leg wouldn't screw on as tight as the others but that hasn't been a problem, you may also need bigger screws for the ramps. But it's worth the money and pigs love it. I have another one similar from a different brand and it is awful. Falls apart constantly and is going in the trash.
