This is good for polishing out silver but you need another step to get it really glossy

I use it on my silver necklaces and rings using a low rpm buffer with my dremel. It really brings out the shine.

Jeweler's Rouge.... an essential compound of the three method finish polishing method. Nice tight compound. Fresh and value quantity.

First of all, this block of rouge will last a long time for a home-user. It's a great deal. My wedding ring has scratches and "pits" due to excessive wear. I put some on a Dremel wheel and started polished with some decent pressure. The blackest residue came off the ring. It looked so professional that I didn't wear it for a week--my wife loved that one... NOT! It truly looked like new. I would not recommend using it all of the time because it's compound and it will keep removing layers, just like a car compound. However, it's professional stuff and you can save a few bucks if you do things yourself. Use a Dremel buffer attachment. Doing it by hand is painful. 5 stars for you!
