We will always try to let you know if that is the case. If you end up needing a different size part than you ordered, we can always do an exchange. Do not open a return, just send a message letting us know what you would like to exchange and we will get you taken care of. Also, when you get your kit and there are ANY issues, please send us a message with details and a call-back phone number, and we can usually get everything solved quickly. The product quality is as described and packaged well. The customer service for this company was amazing. I won't lie I was VERY upset about an issue with my order. However it was a manufacturer issue and the retailer really stepped up to make it right. Still waiting on my replacement part for the manufacturer defect but have no doubt they are sending it after my conversion with the seller. And since I know the seller reads these, I publicly apologize for my behavior during our conversation. You stayed very level headed while attempting to resolve my issue and far exceeded my expectations. You have my loyalty and respect as one of the only companies in today's age to truly care about customer experience.
