These plates do not fit the keystone outlets properly. I added 2 HDMI ports and they kept pushing out with any pressure as the plate was screwed into the box. The small amount of downward pressure from the cables popped them right out of the socket. Useless. I tried multiple players to see if I just got a bag one. Same results.

These do the job in a pinch. They're all plastic, so the whole where the cover plate screws in will experience wear if you are repeatedly using it.

Compatible with the wide style switch plates and outlets. Saves time and money on installation as a result, would definitely recommend using these as standard if you use keystones like this a lot.

I purchased several of the 2-, 4-, and 6-keystone wallplate adapters. They fit their boxes and faceplates just fine. The issue I encountered was with the 4- and 6-keystone adapters, there were two and three rows of keystones such that there were two keystones next to each-other per row. For RJ45 (i.e., phone), RG6, audio jacks, etc. this was just fine -- no problems at all. However, my Cat6 /RJ45 keystones were sufficiently wide that they could not be installed two per row. The can be installed vertically (top-left is audio, top-right is Cat6, bottom-left is audio, and bottom-right is Cat6). I did not have an issue with some of my older RJ45 keystones for Cat5e; this makes me suspect that the fitment issue is less with the wallplate adapter and more with the individual keystones.I recommend test fitting a pair of keystones on your bench instead of trying to make the fit with a wall torn apart and someone standing over you waiting to get back online.

I could be wrong but I think I have a standard RJ45 keystone (aren’t they all stansard? I don’t know). This keystone was previously installed on a double keystone insert with no issue. I bought this single keystone insert as I didn’t want my coaxial cable terminal visible anymore (no use for it). I bought a 5-pack of these single inserts and my existing keystone did not fit any of these inserts properly. I went with the 5-pack no-name/unknown brand (to me) for $8.50 versus a single insert for $5.90 from Leviton. Well, that was a waste of money. Why write this review for such a product? Because by now, this product should be standardized and no one should have this type of problem. Not a big deal, I’ll re-order something else but it is annoying. The product is useless if the keystones don’t fit. Don’t bother with these.
