Worked great on the 05 Scion xB. The bolts are a little long but I turned the wheel and placed the nut under the a arm. It was tight to push bolt from the top but it fit.

I installed this kit on my 2006 Scion xB. I didn't have clearance problems getting the end link bolt in with the threads pointed towards the ground. However, I could see how it would be difficult if you were only swapping the end links and leaving the chassis mounts in place. I loosened the sway bar mount from the chassis before installing the end link on each side, which allowed for much more side to side movement of the sway bar end. There was plenty of wiggle room to maneuver the bolt, spacer, and bushings into place.I did deduct a star, however, because the bolts for the endlinks are 0.5"-0.75" too long. When tightened there is quite a bit of bolt thread protruding down below the control arm, which I worry might catch on road debris some day. I plan to hack the ends off with an angle grinder. Also, the bolt and nut are standard, not metric, which is annoying on a Japanese car.All in all, the kit does what its supposed to, and is reasonably priced.

Worked perfect. Not very difficult to install. Great deal for the price. It's a piece of mind knowing what material and company makes these.

Installed quickly. Improved righr drastically. Like others said you have to go with smaller bolts and spacer to fit a scion xb.

After reading some online DIYs on replacing the sway bar bushings I found that these are 1/2" too long for 2006 Scion XBs. Tried to initiate an order cancel after an hour of placing the order but it was unsuccessful. I had to cut 1/2" off the bolts to make them fit. A cheaper alternative is to buy the bushings and the grade 8 bolts from Home Depot or Lowes

A bit fiddly to get in and stay in. They try to escape! But, much easier than pressing them in. Excellent bushes that have transformed the ride of my Yaris T Sport.

I just finished the bushing swap, so I have fresh, first-hand knowledge of the procedure using Energy's xB kit. Note: there are two versions of the kit, 8.5130G and 8.5130R. Energy states that the kits are identical except that with the "G" kit, the bushings are black, graphite impregnated and self-lubricating. The "R" kit includes red bushings, but they are not self-lubricating. The cost is the same. I selected the "G" kit.1) The included bolt size is too long. It is a 4.5" bolt and a 4" bolt is required. I tried, but there was no way the 4.5" bolt was going to get past the axle shaft with the bushings installed. And, if you installed it with the nut on top, the end could/would hit the axle shaft on bumps. If you purchase a 3/8" x 4" bolt with the same thread, you can use the included nuts. (The original bolt was just about 4", too.) 2) The 3/4" steel spacer is too long (I'm pretty sure). I tried to make it work with the 4" bolt, but couldn't get everything lined up and past the axle shaft (as with the 4.5" bolt). Plus, the new urethane bushings and steel washers are thicker than the originals, so it seems that only a 1/2" spacer is required for a similar setup. That's what I used, 3/8" x 1/2" long spacers. As mentioned by everyone that has done the urethane bushing replacement, the results are excellent. No more jiggles up front and better handling. The xB handles like a new car, maybe better. (Well worth the $30 in parts.)

The rubber bushings on the factory sway bar and end links were worn and cracked, needing replacement. I had a choice of replacing with the stock factory parts or stepping up to the Energy Suspension parts, and on the recommendation of many other Scion xB owners in the on-line Scion communities (such as ScionLife.com) I chose to go with Energy Suspension.I am amazed at the noticeable difference in tracking, turn entry, handling of rough roads and speed bumps, and in general just a more controllable and pleasant driving experience.Excellent immediate return on this small investment, and an expected much longer life with these upgraded bushings.
