This is a great mod to do. These bushings are for the shifter plate. They tighten it up just a little and shifting feels slightly smoother. I liked the low price for them.

Some bushing not needed and unclear what they are actually needed for. Otherwise great product!

Swapping these in was really easy. Now that i have a short shifter, polyurethane cable bushing and now these. The shifts feel much precise and have a good feel to them. The only downside i could think of is that it may be a bit nosier, especially if you slam through the gears, other than that. It's a great product. Make sure you torque the bolts down to spec 50-60 in-lbs

I had to look up online how to install them because the directions were pretty useless but once I found the video it was a very easy install and helps smooth out the shifting.

Good, quality parts. I had all kinds of shifter issues, and these solved the more pressing ones. They are stiffer than stock and install well, and now I can shift smoothly from 4th to 5th and back, while I couldn't before, which was my main problem.

instruction were blah, but im quite good with stuff anyway, wasnt an issue.i was expecting something to actually hold the shifter tighter but these just replace the shifter mount plate rubber.firmed it up a little and reduced vehicle vibrations a bit.was cheap enough not to care.
