It fix the issue with the Cab looking saggy HOWEVER BE AWARE the ride is a little bit rough. If you want it smooth don’t be cheap and buy the expensive rubber cab mounts.Yes original hardware works. Get all parts of old mount out. The metal ring on the old cab mount will get stuck in the frame just hit it out

These I bought were for a Standard Cab Pickup. They work well and made the cab much better in firmness and not sway in turns and corning as much. The others were either very Hard or degenerating and these fixed it right up and now the ride is so much better - Very good item and worth every penny

Worked to realign body to bed due to old factory bushings collapsing. Way to stiff on a daily driver , you feel every bump and crack in the road. On the other hand will let you know what else is failing like door hinges and latches, what bolts are loose or what’s rubbing other panels with all the squeaks you will now hear. They were easy to install by myself in the driveway with just a floor jack. Just use penetrating oil on nutsert to loosen rusty bolts.

There is nothing wrong to say about this purchase; just be weary and read carefully. This is for a single cab c1500, not extended. Besides that, it felt like a solid product.

The fit was fine for C/K 1995 GM 2500 4x4. It came up doesn't fit ,but it does. The only issue was my directions show extend cab using 8 bushings but didn't show standard cab 6 bushings install which I needed. The directions have a poor ,but correct image of your stock hardware for reuse. I'll simplify this for the reps at Energy- for standard cab 88 up K series the shortest bushings are for front of the cab,med size at the middle cab (foot well area),and the tallest bushings go at he the back near the bed. All new top bushings(section between cab and frame) matched the height of my stock mounts, but when hardware is still on your originals it can be deceiving.

These urethane mounts are very well made and have worked great so far in my 1990 C1500. Some reviewers (probably folks with more sensitive rear ends) have remarked that urethane mounts cause a harsher ride, but I honestly notice very little difference versus the OEM rubber. On my vehicle, the frame brackets had rusted out, causing the mounts to punch through the tops of the brackets and the cab to drop over an inch. Since I was riding metal-on-metal with the frame, anything had to be an improvement!Be aware that if you have to customize the mounts (as I did when I repaired the rusted brackets), they can be cut with a very sharp hacksaw blade and belt-sanded smooth if necessary. In my case, I had to shave about 3/16" off the tops of the four rear mounts to compensate for patch plates that sit on top of the old brackets. The cab ended up at the proper height to match the bed, so I am quite pleased with this product and with my repair. The instruction sheet that comes with the mounts is rather brief and fails to address what to me is a significant issue: How much to tighten the retainer bolts. On the OEM rubber mounts, one tightens the bolt until the retainer bottoms out on a stud that projects through the top half of the mount. With these mounts, I was nervous about tightening the bolt so much because it seemed to cause excessive deformation of the lower half of the mount. I ended up installing a spacer washer between the OEM retainer and the stud so I could torque the bolt to spec without causing so much crush on the lower retainer. I wish that the instructions would address this point. Probably a call to the manufacturer would clarify the matter, but one should not have to call about such an obvious issue.
