Soft-running enough to absorb vibrations for street use yet rugged for racing use. When required- a torque resistant safety interlock design is used that is comparable in strength to those too hard-running metal mounts. Replaces the original, short lived and typically too-soft rubber mounts and outdates those hard-running metal motor mounts. The popular early style mounts for General Motors(R) vehicles are available in either zinc or chrome metal finishes. Made of Hyper-Flex(TM) performance polyurethane. Resistant to under vehicle fluid oils, coolants and road contaminants.

Have a 03 Avalanche Z71 and these fit perfectly. Don't waste your $$ or time trying to install the OEM bushing. These are more than half the price and take about 15 Minutes per side, whereas the OEM bushing is crazy hard for DIY mechanics and takes all hours.

My stock rubber bushings were badly cracked and you could easily move the torsion bar crossmember when torsion bars are removed. Hardest part was driving out the old ones and getting the new ones to fit. The old ones have a metal sleeve that is pressed in and only comes out one way. Once i figured out which side had the ridge I drive them out with a big hammer and screwdriver since I didnβt have a punch.I couldnβt get the new ones to start no matter what I tried. Some people say they can just push them in with large channel lock pliers. Not my 03 suburban. I finally got them in by shaving off one ridge with a razor blade then freezing them in the deep freeze for 6 hours. Pulled them out of deep freeze and was able to get them in with 2 large channel lock pliers. I installed the poly bushing without metal sleeve. Once poly bushing was in, I then pressed in the middle metal sleeve with channel lock pliers. Used some Vaseline to aid installation. But shaving one edge down and freezing was the ticket for my vehicle. Now with crossmember installed it is untwist-able and firmer than new. Congratulations you now have an upgraded torsion bar crossmember bushings from next gen GMT900!

Purchased these for my 2006 Chevy Tahoe 4x4 and they fit without any issue what so ever even though they are sold for The 07-19 2500-3500 trucks. I knew theyβd fit after seeing others use them. They were 1000 times easier to install compared to pressing in new bushings. Would purchase again ππ»
