If you have a press, that will make installation easy like butter. The long stud with bolts and waster will work but if you have a press its even more easier. 5 minutes each side just to install them. Thats not including removing and sanding out old bushingBut one thing for sure about what everyone says, it squeak when you hit bumps

My car is slammed, the stock bushings ripped in short order. These are the best/lowest cost solution I could find that would work for a bagged car, due to the travel associated with air suspension. The bushings allow the trailing arm to shift toward the body of the car. They are much better than the ripped out stock ones, but they have also added some weird side movement to the suspension when I pull in a driveway at an angle. Shafts cleaned up easy with a wire wheel on an angle grinder. The existing rubber bushing came our fairly easy with a wood cutting blade on a oscillating tool. Made a press tool from two pieces of wood and a large nut / bolt. It's rough getting the bushing in straight without it shifting, covered in marine grease that only comes off with WD40 or orange oil. I found that tightening it down and then using a pipe on the large bolt of the press to align it made it pop in.

I have read a lot of scary things with this trailing arm bushing, I have also read a lot of good things about it. In rehabbing/replacing all my suspension bushings, I decided to go with these as I didn't want to spend a fortune replacing these bushings, and felt the re-use of the sleeve was a genius idea. While removing the OEM rubber was a pain, use lots of heat and a wire wheel, once you get it done, the bushings are nice. Car just handles and feels much more solid on the road, I haven't felt it drive so good in a very long time. I also replaced all the front suspension bushings so how much of that stability due to this bushing, is anyone's guess. But I am sold!

Awesome on my 96 Honda civic DX four door. My old bushings on both sides were almost destroyed. Was going to but OEM type bushings but decided to run with these. Best. Choice. Ever. Simply getting the car apart to reach the bushings was a nightmare of seized bolts. Removing the old bushings and rings and pressing in new OEM bushings would have killed me lol. Whoever designed these bushings is a damned genius. One simply cuts out the old bushing front the ring its set in. You leave the old metal ring in the trailing arm and press in the new energy bushing with some grease and a press made with a long threaded rod and some washers. Also reuse the metal dog bone from the old bushing. The press costs
