I love these book lights! I wish the charge lasted longer than 12 hours but I have some backups from target that use batteries so it works out perfect. Yes I sometimes read longer than 12 hours, but most people shouldn’t have that problem

I've used similar devices that needed batteries, and loved them... other than the batteries. This device, though, USB chargeable is the best. Works perfectly for nigh time reading. Great product!

I love that is clips to your book and is rechargeable. I was recently in the hospital and used this light constantly, I did Mr like the bright overhead lights so I just used this and wasn't worried about batteries; I just used my phone charging cord to charger it periodically, it holds a charge for a long time.

It's a reading light and it would work exactly as that. That's not why I got it. I wanted a light for my laptop, something I can clip onto the bezel to look at papers or other stuff when working in the dark.For $15, it's fine. It seems like they just slapped something together, without putting too much thought into the engineering of it, which is unfortunate.I would not get this model if you intend to travel with it. The way it folds makes it kind of bulking, which may lead to it breaking.

Clamp to the book is good. My only negative I see is, the light should be shielded a little more. However, my wife is the user and finds no problem with the light.

This little light does have some great features. I love the way it folds up and has clips to lock itself in place when not in use. I do think the light is quite bright for me. I personally like a dimmer light as to bother as few people around me that do like the dark. This is a more bright white/cool tone white than a warm tone so it's not as gentle on the eyes in the dark. However, that does make it good for tasks where you do want a brighter light and one with less yellow. The neck is short so your light area is dependent upon how far away the light is to your reading/work surface.
