Have a Bose Wave VI System that was skipping and thought it was done for. Used this product and am glad I tried it before ditching the system. It worked great and after two cleanings with this product the system is working great!!!!

bought a POSSPO Jupiter CD - was new but skipping. I assume a little dust was on the lens. Used the Endust for Electronics and it cleared the problem. Other cool thing - put the disc in and it tell you want to do. "Select track three" and about 20 seconds later it says "please eject the disc".

The instructions on the CD says cleaning is recommended after every 10 hours of CD /Blu Ray Player use. My SONY Blue Ray / CD p layer (BDP-S190) has been running for 12 years without any cleaning. What was happening recently was that it would randomly stop playihng in the middle of a song and this would happen with the second or third song of the CD. On YouTube there were videos actually demonstrating this cleaning CD and it was only natural to go with this product and it certainly didn't disappoint. The player came to life after the very first cleaning. Go for it before you send your player to a technician or before you try some DIY tricks explained on videos online. (Update next day) - The problem persisted the next day and got me wondering if it was a dust/static problem or some other probelm with the player. But considering it played an entire CD without any breaks after a run of this cleaning CD I will still stick to my 5 star review. I did another run of the cleaning CD and played the audio CD and as usual went on without any hassles.

Panasonic DP-U89000 doesn't work I suspect the gap between the lens and the disc is wider than the length of the brush.

I have a PS3 that I have been using for 12 years. Recently it’s been having trouble loading and reading Blu-ray Discs only. Any other disc loads fine. I would put in the disc and a minute would go by of the PS3 trying to read before the disc would try to eject. Only it would not eject, I would hear the eject noise only, and have to manually eject the disc. Sometimes the blurays loaded but it took several attempts of ejecting and reinserting. I ran this laser disc cleaner and it worked like a charm! I put in about 6 different Blu-ray Discs and each loaded perfectly. Thank you for this product and saving me hundreds of dollars on a new console and or the frustration of taking apart the PS3. I should mention that for me when I inserted the lens cleaner disc the ps3 gave me an error saying it could not read the CD, go to settings blah blah blah, The disc icon appeared in my music menu on the ps3, 4 tracks and I played track 3. There is audio instructions on each track but track 3 is all you need to play. It’s 45 seconds long.

The product came with a long delivery window. Once it came, I tried using and it seems to do the trick on my 11 yr old PS3. When it doesnt work, I get a feeling that maybe its an age issue and not so much a dust issue. Nevertheless a helpful fall back tool to go to when disc doesnt read on my ps3.

Resolveu o problema! Todos os meus cds estão rodando e tocando bem! O home theater estava parado há mais de dois anos e não tocava nada. Só coloquei o cd de limpeza e deixei rolar... Recomendo!

Realmente el producto cumple con su misión, lo utilice para limpiar una Unidad de BD-RE en una laptop ya que no leía discos de tipo DVD+/-RW y CD+/-RW después de su uso los lee sin problemas. El único problema que tuve es que llegó rota la caja donde venía el disco (Como se ve en las fotografías). Como punto extra no viene con instructivo escrito sin embargo viene grabado dentro del CD sólo en inglés.
