Purchased this after doing some research on line. It looks great, but not really sold on the value for coverage. But it is the best looking from what my research said.

Works excellent - if you follow the instructions to a tee. Just make sure you put a barrier between grass and cement to prevent overspray. I use the fairway bottle at our house in SW Washington, and the premium in Texas. During the wintertime in Texas, the Bermuda grass goes dormant and brown for 3 months. I apply it when it starts to brown, and it's good for 3 months and then the Bermuda grass comes up green to replace the grass paint!

This lawn paint worked magic on our sod that died from heat and weed feed until we can oversees during the fall! One thing to be cautious of, this does stain concrete areas! All hope may not be lost though during cleanup:In the garage where we got small paint droppings, I used a toothbrush, hot water, and dawn power spray to scrub up the spots. Worked like magic! And this was a couple weeks after it happened. For one spot that was a bit hard, I used a little bit of nail polish remover and wa-lah! Also, the garage is sealed concrete so a difference.However, for the driveway that is unsealed, I’ve used the same tactics as above, but with a hard bristled brush and metal wired brush. Be careful with the wired metal brush as it can scratch concrete! Luckily, I only used this is one area that is not noticeable. All spots are not gone but I am going to try power washing!!! The spots are absolutely annoying to look at, but so is dead brown grass.The paint has also lasted through tropical storm rain and regular hard down pours from thunderstorms that caused flooding… and no, it doesn’t wash away on concrete!

I have a lot of yellow/dead spots on my lawn. This product did a good job of making it look great again! Color match was very close to lawn color.

This product works very well at covering up pet urine spots and blending inconsistencies in lawn colouration. I would suggest mixing at least half the lowest suggested ratio and applying in layers

Needed to temporarily disguise a dead arborvitae that we will eventually replace but in the meantime it was an eyesore. Settled on this product after reviewing options - even studied their website and chatted with an online agent for a color recommendation. Bottom line, I bought the Premium grass product even though their agent recommended Leland Cyprus (which is not sold on Amazon at this time) because I was so excited to try this and didn't want to wait (thank you Prime).It was easy to do, took about 20 min. Used the 1 oz paint to 1 gallon water ratio and it took less than half that mix to cover my tree. As you can see (hopefully), it has just a wee bit too much of a blue tint to it to be totally realistic (so probably should have waited for Leyland Cyprus) but heck, no one is going to drive by my house and wonder "hmmm, that thriving tree looks a little bluish compared to the others". I am THRILLED with how it turned out, and I'm now offering to go paint any of my neighbors' dead trees because this was (is) so cool!Like other reviewers have said, this DOES spray everything in the vicinity. I covered a section of my house in plastic to make clean up easier, but the sprinkler pipe that was 4 feet away is now dotted with green paint, as are the 2 shrubs close by. I don't care... house was the only thing I was worried about.BTW in case anyone is thinking of opening this paint, mixing it with water, and prepping in the sprayer *inside* their house, THINK AGAIN. Ditto with clean up. Do everything outside, with gloves and a hat and clothes/shoes you don't care about. My front was covered in green dots when I was done (and there was barely a breeze...) as was my backside because I accidentally brushed up against the plastic covering my house. And funny how green paint magically transports itself EVERYWHERE. Easy to get off my skin with soap and water, at least.Also, I immediately cleaned out my sprayer (THAT took 10 min) using soap and a sponge, and have one little green stain, that's it.I'm assuming this is going to last for a few weeks until we're ready to replace the tree and if there's any problem with it doing so, I'll update my review. But for now, I highly recommend this product!!

UPDATE 2: (Feb. 13, 2021) I will update my rating and add photos in two weeks - after I retry and compare their two paints.---------------------UPDATE 1: (Feb. 12, 2021). Customer service was VERY HELPFUL and is sending me two containers free of charge. I might have gotten a bad batch or such. They say that never happens. Either way dormant (light yellow) grass might require 4 times the amount versus non-dormant grasses if using their perennial rye type.---------------------Feb. 11, 2021MAIN COMPLAINT: It looked REALLY GREAT immediately after I sprayed it. But the paint's color seemed to disappear about 24 hours later. Confused, I frustratingly sprayed it again. So that is two layers of this stuff now. (32 fl oz/gallon). 48 hours later and it still looks super faded and I still see the dead white/light green grass. I don't know what to say. Is the dead grass absorbing all the color?! It shouldn't do that. I live in Northeast Florida and have various dead and bad rye grasses. For me this product is like the disappearing ink you bought as a kid. Very upset. It DID NOT rain any day and I sprayed it around 5 PM every day.SECOND COMPLAINT: A gallon only covered 2000 square feet (not 5,000-10,000 sq ft as advertised) for me when using 16 fl oz per gallon with a quality sprayer. I used a measuring cup and big plastic red cup to measure. 3 days later, the lawn still looks like only 20% of what it looks like immediately after you spray it.Photos to come when I get a chance.
