After 10 years I decided to put my road bike away (boring) and return to mountain biking. Needed a new liner for my MB shorts and tried these. 4 miles into my ride I started squirming on my seat. My perianal/prostate area was becoming aggravated to the point where I cut the ride short. Looking close at the design of the padding, I realized the perianal channel isn't very wide where it needs to be and there is a bead of padding right down the middle. This bead is a little on the firm side. Theses liners are useless to me so I gave them to my teen son. I have always had luck with specialized shorts so I bought a pair that came with a liner. First ride, zero pressure or aggravation in my perianal/prostate area. Comparing the two shorts side by side, you can see specialized has the perianal channel in the correct place and it is wider than the endura. Furthermore, there is nothing but a thin layer of cloth between the cheek pads. The perianal channel looks exactly like my seat perianal channel. Makes perfect sense. I have been ridding the specialized short for months without any issues. See attached photos for details.

I bought similar size (m) some years ago and new ones are about 4" smaller. I also bought shorts again as well in same size (m) and they are fine!

Didn't like going through a 3rd party and having to pay shipping. Probably should have gotten a longer shorts. They feel and look like underwear.
