I order these covers very often with my business. It’s the first time that I was so very disappointed with this particular company first of all they charged me $35 for delivery which is more than half of the price of the item second as soon as I put it on, it fell apart. It is so hard that it cracked and tore right away. I would never recommend this again

This speed rack cover is exactly what I needed to keep my desserts safe and separate from savory items in our larger walk-in fridge. It fits perfectly over the rack and creates a barrier that helps maintain the freshness and flavor integrity of delicate items like pastries and cakes. I no longer have to worry about my desserts picking up any unwanted flavors from nearby savory ingredients, or having to remind staff to wrap up or cover each individual item each night at the risk of forgetting and/or damaging product. The cover is easy to slip on and off, durable, and made with quality material that holds up well under frequent use. It's also easy to wash. I have been using the first two I purchased for almost three years now and they are still in like-new condition with regular washing. It’s an essential addition to any commercial kitchen looking to keep flavors distinct and desserts fresh. Highly recommend!
