While the "edge" of the tool works better than the one I received with a kit, it's still hard to remove the nail(s) in the heels without getting some damage on the heels themselves.

It works IF the rubber cap has not already torn away from the metal spoke inside the heel. It is still difficult because you have to dig down inside the heel, possibly ruining it. I gave it 4 stars because I did manage to pull out one of them with that type of plier and I have lots of replacement tips. The tool did come in handy, yet not perfect.
