These stars are perfect for our employee recognition. When we started this, as the boss, I selected 4 staff and gave verbal recognition to each of them in a staff meeting. Each subsequent meeting the previous recipients selected someone to recognize and award a star to. One even typed their praise out, placed it in a frame and hot glued the star to the frame.They are about the size of your palm. Each star has a plastic coating that needs to be removed. They are thick and durable. I find they are an affordable way to promote positive climate and culture.

I wasn't expecting these to be as small as they were but I will make it do. Buying these for my crossing guards for appreciation day and it worked perfectly with what adjustment I had to make with packaging. My guards are going to love it.
