We had a unique space we were renovating and this was the only gas oven we could find in this size surprisingly. It was super convenient to not have to go through a major appliance store but the tenants told me it's not very intuitive to use. They had to look up documentation as the buttons were not very clear. The other issue I ran into is maintenance. We had a power surge and the cost / headache to replace it was more than just getting a new one. I guess that could be a good thing in some way because it's a relatively affordable unit ... but we went through the long process to find out.

I NEVER IMAGINE THAT I HAD TO DEAL WITH THE SELLER FOR A DAMAGE PRODUCT. IF I PAY TO AMAZON AND AMAZON GETS A PROFIT; AMAZON HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM, NOT ME.ALSO THE PAVA SELLER HAS A NOTE THAT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 300 DOLLARS FOR ANY RESTOCKING PRODUCT. PLUS YOU HAVE TO PAY OUT OF YOUR POCKET IN CASE OF RETURN; REGARDLESS OF THE REASON. WHEN I WANTED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH PAVA, A ROBOT WITH FEW OPTIONS WAS IN CHARGE. I THINK THIS IS NOT EVEN PROFESIONAL, TO PUT THE CUSTOMER JUMPING AROUND FROM CORNER TO CORNER. NOW YOU KNOW IT, NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO BUY A WALL OVEN; DO NOT GET IT FROM PAVA, IF I WOULD KNOW ALL THIS I WOULD RATHER FROM COSCO, HOME DEPOT OR ANY OTHER STORE OF APPLIANCES WHERE YOU JUST NEED TO PUT IT IN YOUR CAR AND UNLOAD IT AT THE STORE. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY PAVA HAD SOME BAD REVIEWSAFTER ALL THIS HEADACHE I CONTACTED AMAZON AND SHIRSENDU FROM INDIA TOLD ME THE THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONDING. LONG HISTORY SHORT: I PAID $600 DOLLARS FOR A DAMAGE PRODUCT, AND THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY FOR THE DELIVERY TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. SHAME ON YOU PAVA. I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM YOU. WHY IN THE WORLD SHOULD I BUY FROM YOU GUYS WHEN I HAVE THE SAME PRODUCT AT HOME DEPOT? SHORT ANSWER : BECAUSE I AM A PRIME CUSTOMER OF AMAZON. THIS IS A LESSON TO BE LEARN. IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW, NEVER PURCHASE STUFF THAT YOU CAN FIND NEAR BY. SPECIALLY HEAVY ITEMS LIKE THIS. I AM A PRIME CUSTOMER FOR YEARS. THIS ISSUE IS GIVING ME THE IMPRESSION THAT AMAZON POLICIES ARE CHANGING, OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT BE DANCING LIKE JHON TRAVOLTA TRYING TO RETURN THIS ITEM AND GET MY MONEY BACK. Love this oven very much, I've been using this oven almost every day since I bought it. All the food backed by it are delicious and crispy, and the most important is it easy to use, I just need to prepare the ingredients and set the time, then wait for a while. It's very convenient for me, perfect oven, love love love!!!

The oven cooks food well, if you can get it to cook it…The software is very hard to use. It’s inoperative when coming to telling it to go from pre-heat to bake, it keeps flashing no matter if I hold a button or not, following all directions from the user manual. It will not switch between the two. This thing does not hold temperature very well during the time you are taking things out of the oven.To make things worse, when you have a temperature completely pre-heated and manage to switch to bake, the temperature rapidly falls instead of staying at where it was set.Lastly, this oven is small, so it is meant for a single person, or two, maybe a single family, but definitely not of significant size, 2-3 people at max. It can only fit standard, small size baking trays.Overall, if you can manage to get it to operate like it is supposed to, I am sure this oven would be fine dependent on your family size. However, in its current state, being very difficult to use or even inoperable, I would not recommend this oven.
