Got this tub a couple months ago and installed it this past weekend. I was worried about shipping based on other reviews but I got lucky and mine arrived undamaged. Install was easy and straight forward. Hooked up hot and cold water supply lines hand tight and ran the drain line to an existing drain in the floor.... nothing to it. The sides and front are removable. I installed it in a corner so I took one of the sides off with some basic hand tools. There is no back panel at all. It's also not super heavy so you can move it pretty easily for service and cleaning which I gotta say is super nice. The hardware is kinda cheap...especially the hand sprayer. will probably replace in the future. Jets are powerful and quieter than my old jacuzzi tub. The LED light in this model can't be set at a specific color and just continually cycles thru the entire range, which is not ideal, but it is super spacious. easily has room for two full grown adults. The pillows aren't the best at sticking on but they are comfortable. The bottom is surprisingly not slippery even when wet. Hopefully it holds up well over time.

We’re going to try to get a fiberglass repair man to fix it. It takes a month to deliver and we were ready for it last week. It’s really nice addition to our master bath. I wished when we ordered it that there had been an option to change the color of the fixtures because the rest of our bathroom has oil rubbed bronze fixtures.

Good size, fits perfect 2 people. Jets are in the right spots to massage the needed areas( lower back, legs and feet). I love everything about it!

At first I canceled my order bcz it was going to be delivered in 2 days and I was in disbelief. It’s a great price so I called Amazon and verified delivery and it was here in 2 days. After installation, we couldn’t wait to hop into it, and we didn’t. The jets are powerful and everything works perfectly. You can also adjust the strength of the jets by twisting the ring around the jet. Me and my family really enjoy this product and I’m sure you will too.

Really love this tub and it's exceeded my expectations based on the poor pictures and description shown. I bought it as a leap of faith and wished I could have seen the video I made before I bought it. It well designed and well built. Only thing I wish it could improve is the power of the jets but to be fair, these are about as powerful as any good home whirlpool. I have a video describing how to wire a GFI outlet to install this tub that also includes it running. Go to YouTube and cut and paste the following into the search bar: "GFCI Breaker/Outlet Basics - Installation Guide: Pool/Bathroom/Outdoor Circuits"
