Seems well made, I was disappointed that the sound deading material is only on the center bottom even though it dose not seem to sound tinny. My contractor was miffed because it did not come with a cut out template. Overall good product.

The sink is installed in my new counter top, but I have not had a chance to use the sink yet as the plumbing is not completed. Looks nice and was heavy duty. I am happy with the sink.

Very sturdy and well made sink. Looks great on my outdoor kitchen. Came with no template but no problem to make my own from the sink itself.

Nice Sink, exactly what we wanted. Only issue was that it did not come with a cut-out template for the granite installers, but on a whim I decided to google the manufacturer of the sink and found that they had a library of templates that I downloaded and printed for the installers.

"Dayton" appears to be a lower grade of Elkay sink costing maybe half as much as "Elkay" sinks. Searching the Elkay web site for sinks you will not find Dayton sinks listed. But, if you use the search bar at the Elkay site you can find a complete listing of Dayton sinks and download the specs. Dayton sinks have a larger radius at the corners, providing less flat space at the bottom of the sink, and they are made of type 301 stainless steel, rather than type 304 that you find in Elkay sinks. Types 301 and 304 both have excellent corrosion resistance, but neither is rated for marine application. 301 is easier to fabricate and has slightly lower corrosion resistance than 304. Dayton sinks appear to be cheaper than Elkay sinks because they are easier to fabricate. The sink does not display the Elkay logo.We bought our sink from Amazon, not a second party. It was shipped from Phoenix. It arrived promptly. The packaging was intact, but the flange where the sink attaches to the countertop was bent, creating a minor problem during installation. No template was included, but this can be downloaded from Elkay. The sink looks great and functions well. Dayton sinks seem like a great value compared to the more expensive Elkay models!Oh yeah! The Amazon website has listed the model number incorrectly. It is not DXUH310210. The actual model number for the sink you buy here from Amazon is DXUH312010.
