Skylights are measured by the rough hole opening dimensions of the hole in the roof itself. This outer piece will physically measure approximately 2-3" larger from edge to edge than the hole opening itself (14" x 22"). The 14" x 22" dimensions are in reference to the rough hole dimensions that this skylight is used for. Flange dimensions are 17" x 25"

Got here fast. Really easy to install. Make sure you order some tubes of camper roof sealant then it goes really smoothly

The product description is inaccurate. The length width dimensions are correct but the height dimension which they do not mention will not replace the factory part. It's not deep enough. And then they want to charge you an exorbitant restocking fee plus you have to pay to ship it back so,I'm going to use it for target practice. And just have to eat the $80 it cost to get it. I'll never deal with them again

Hardest part of putting this in was getting the old one off roof without damaging the rubber roof.

I had to return this due to a time factor in shipping. Had to buy another at 3 x the price to finish a roof repair. When the skylight arrived it was very comparable to the one I had to purchase from a RV supply house.
