- Answer: Connect the [eSmartLock] App to set up, you can download and install the App from the App Store (iOS) / Google Play (Android).
- Question 2: Why other unregistered fingerprints can unlock the lock?
- Answer: Before the first fingerprint is registered successfully, it is the experience mode, any fingerprint can unlock the lock in experience mode. Please check if the first fingerprint is registered successfully.
- Question 3: Why my fingerprints cannot be registered successfully?
- Answer: One fingerprint needs to be collected 5 times that will be registered successfully. So you should enter the same fingerprint 5 times instead of entering 5 different fingerprints when registering a fingerprint.

Worked immediately within the app and locks/unlocks with ease initially. Decent durability. I definitely wouldn't lock up high value items with this, but as a deterrent it works well. We use these as temp locks on gates and such until a permanent lock is installed.Update after several months of use: Freezes constantly and have to wait at least 5 minutes for the lock to reset which is unacceptable when you need quick access. Becomes completely inoperable when it gets cold out or rains (just shows red light and locks you out even when trying to unlock from the app.) Can't recommend at all. Ended up buying a cable lock with a physical key from a reputable brand.

My parents have an above ground pool and my toddler was able to open the gate that leads to it. I went searching for a lock that would work with their gate and would be easy for the adults to use. This lock is what I chose and it works perfectly! Weâre able to easily slide it through the lock on the gate so the gate wonât open. I had all the adults that might need to use it limit in their print and that was it! Super easy for us but super safe to keep the kids away from the pool!

This lock is amazing. The battery life is next to insane, itâs very durable, reads your fingerprint 8/10 times. Sometimes I have to press it twice but itâs no big deal. Very cool mechanic. I had no idea these existed. But if you need a fridge lock without worrying if your kids will break it or not, this one they will never figure out, or break whatsoever. Have been using this for months and will never go through the weirdness hassle of trying to find one that works as good as this one. And itâs not too expensive either.

Weâve been really happy with this. Simon enough to install and set up. Weâre using it to secure our pool gate as we have kids who are too smart for their own good. Only had one issue so far with it not wanting to close but otherwise the functionality and ease of use has been great. Battery could be a bit better but itâs such a small unit I canât really complain.

You want to be able to keep your guns easily accessible for home defense, but safe for children? This guy works well to lock out your weapons. It fits through the bolt lock and magazine chamber (the smaller lock). I highly suggest a biometric safe for your pistol since it's much quicker, but these will work well for your rifles and shotties. This can also be used for those without a cpl to transport their pistol via vehicle easily and legally. I haven't received my vault rifle case by pelican yet to see if it may work well to lock the case rather than the shottie.

Itâs easy to set up and has a cable that weaves through all the locks on my Travelpro backpack. The application in the smartphone makes it easy to set up and adds features that would not be available on only a lock. Add 20 fingerprints and manage easily with the smartphone app.
