It is a well made unit. To match our pups height we went with the mid-size choice and it works. However, the bowl volume is a bit much. Water OK. Food too big. The bowl top OD fits one our cereal bowls, so finally we have a use for a service of 16!

After less than three month's use, the wood is beginning to split apart. One whole side piece has warped and peeled into three layers, and the center piece between the bowls is cracked in several areas. My best guess is moisture from drips of water from when my dog drinks was perhaps the culprit? Crazy to think that something GUARANTEED TO GET AT LEAST A LITTLE WET would fail so spectacularly in the face of a couple drops of water. I have had bamboo cutting boards that got wet every day and they never split like this. No excuse for this.I'm annoyed that I can't even return it now, and because other than this catastrophic failure, I did really like it. It was the perfect height and felt quite sturdy before it began to disintegrate.

Looks great for a feeding station, no more mess. Bought it for medium sized 50lbs husky, she use it immediately. Seemed easier to use for her as she feeds or drink water. It looks great/clean for my minimalist kitchen. Product is sturdy, arrived well pack and on time. Great product /value overall. Highly recommend.

My dog is a miniature schnauzer and is about 20 lbs. I first bought the medium size, but even though he could reach it, I could tell he’d have trouble getting to the bottom of that large bowl. But I kept that one for another dog and ordered a second one in small. They were a breeze to assemble and fit together so well, and are solid and nice looking. But the best part is, my dog loves it! He is over 17 years old and had gotten sort of clumsy around his water bowl, spilling it several times a day. And the food bowl was getting pushed all around the kitchen as he tried to eat. And lately he was not eating right away, maybe an hour after I put his food down he would get to it. With these raised bowls he eats right away! And he seems to enjoy it more since the bowl holds still as he gets it all. I thought it was a fluke the first time but it has happened for 4 meals now, he eats right away. The bowls are easy to pick up for washing and filling. This was just what he needed.

We love these raised bowls!!! Easy to assemble and very easy to clean! We recently adopted a three-legged dog who had been shot in the leg. In researching how to help our sweet Stella, we learned how important it is for her to have bowls at her height so she doesn’t have to dip her head to the ground and possibly lose her balance. She is a 50 lb lab/ shepherd mix so we bought the medium height. Our other dog, Stanley, is a giant terrier/Berger Picard mix 65 lbs. We bought him the large size. One set came with an extra bowl and extra assembly parts. If your dog has a large muzzle, the bowls might be a little small, but fine for our babies. They are very attractive as well in our kitchen and I don’t trip on them!!
